You're right that the argument doesn't work, but what has he got, other than, "I staffed it out"? He's the top Dem on a panel investigating an event with thousands of hours of evidence, and he didn't view any of the evidence? Yikes!!!

Under RICO law, any individual who is the head (leadership) of a corrupt organization can be prosecuted for any crime committed by an underling within that organization, as if that leader had actually committed the criminal act of the underling, because it is presumed that the underling only engaged in that criminal act due to orders given above.

And since Fuck Joe Biden was not LAWFULLY elected as President, any so-called pardon is not legally binding.
There are ALSO civil RICO statutes, in the various States, where these individuals can be personally sued for damages (in addition to criminal charges).

What?? Did they just have their Hollywood person put together something that looked good and may have resembled what they wanted? This is the standard for them.
