The easiest way to realize this is to watch all or any channels on any given day. Literally a thousand commercials per day about fear porn health problems and their " fixes ".
If a TV is on, I have to leave the area. Do not allow that mind virus to infect your subconscious. You do not need to be watching or listening. Just hearing it is enough. It's why it is looping in airports, offices, gas stations, etc.
I've been paying closer attention to those commercials lately, and what interests me the most is the high production budget they have. Multiple sets, multiple characters and extras, multiple outfits that are perfectly coordinated to match the particular color scheme of the drug being advertised, a cheery jingle that's often a cover of a well known song ...
I find them deeply creepy to say the least.
The ones that are calling the shots are the ones printing the money.

I'm the same with TVs... have to leave the area or put on a headset and listen to meditation music. People wonder why I dont like going to bars or house parties to watch the big game anymore... I make up some reasonable valid response, but this is the real why.
I use my TV to watch information streamers/bloggers about a variety of interests. (Rumble)

When I see lots of pharma commercials on a certain show I stop watching that show. If I find phizer commercials seemingly all the time on a certain channel, I wipe that channel off my listing. The kinds of commercials on a show/channel tells me a lot about them.... woke.
