Obama and Biden have been dispatched already. We do need to focus on the three letter agencies.
That's the tough part about this whole thing, Q stated timing for certain events but some of those events received public confirmation and others did not.
If there is no public justice for people like them then nothing will change.

There is quite a bit of picture evidence that Joe Biden is not Joe Biden. I don't know what the truth is, but the evidence is very compelling.
That aside, if we assume that Q et al are really in "control," as they state many times, there are really only a few options to rectify a dementia patient as Resident.
Just because no one has come out and stated explicitly that Joe Biden is an actor, doesn't mean the writing isn't on the wall in big bright neon letters.
From there, it follows that somehow Obummer is also controlled. I am not convinced that he was "dispatched," but if we assume that Q et al really are in control, then he is controlled somehow, thus "dispatched" is almost certainly close enough to the truth as makes no nevermind.
My father is 84, but when he was 74, he looked totally like himself. Now, he looks like a very very different old man.

She's CBS reporter, I think the post is saying that Obama / Biden will be taken out towards the end whereas all the lesser players will be taken out before.
