I totally agree! But I get so darn frustrated when it’s people like Paxton, who are taking on the battle. He is no saint (neither is his wife - a state senator). Surely we can find people with cleaner backgrounds to be the face of justice. To me that is the most frustrating part making me think these people are being set up to misdirect the narrative on purpose.
I would like to agree with you but no one is perfect. We are all sinners. I’m starting to think it’s impossible to ask for someone with a “clean” background. Everyone has dirt somewhere.
I would never subject my family or myself to the vicious hatred and lies that result when you run for office. You can be squeaky clean but they only needs one person to lie and your reputation is gone.
That's why I voted for Gohmert. Ken does great things for TX, but he is under such a cloud of investigations and actual real indictments that they will eventually catch up to him. Even if he beats them it will take him out of the game for a while.
Our elections and indeed our entire political discourse is a farce. A play. And more people realize this now than I ever thought possible. I attribute this to Trump/Q/The Great Awakening, etc.
If the RINOs had both of these reports as posted by OP, they have shirked their Primary Obligation to the Voters of Texas to uphold and Administer LAW and need to be Recalled.
Agreed, although anyone who lives here knows it is easier said than done. The good-old-boy network is strong in TX. Lots of money along with political favors as well. Don't forget the tons of people that have built their lives on the Bush family or to a lesser extent tied their futures to Perry. That is a very hard nut to crack
Don't know if this is what the OP did, but I have a Dark Reader extension on my browser and PDFs usually display with colors reversed, i.e. black background with white text. The PDF link from u/purkiss80 is a "normal" PDF, i.e. black text on white background when the extension is turned off.
Reminds me of President Trump's perfect phone call to Zelensky, that watermelon head lied about, and then POTUS brought out the official transcript and destroyed their narrative! 😅🤣
100% Gov will put George P. Bush in as interim. Then if Paxton is convicted there will be a special election and Bush will have a leg up as the "incumbent".
Conclusion:
Through the course of the investigation underlying this Report, it was apparent that actions of the Complainants, particularly those actions relating to law enforcement policies and procedures of the Office of the Attorney General, deviated from best practices. Those practices have been remediated and remain subject to ongoing review to ensure compliance with best practices.
Based upon the evidence collected and review of all relevant factors, it is the finding of this report that former political appointees of General Paxton had no basis for their criminal complaint. Brandon Cammack legally and factually retained as outside counsel of the OAG. Cammack was then duly appointed Special Prosecutor and conducted a legal investigation into complaints made to TCDAO, which had been forwarded to Cammack for investigation. Allegations made against OAG regarding Open Records request and Foreclosure Opinions claiming to benefit Nate Paul, in fact, had no such effect. There is no evidence that actions taken by OAG were in response to a “quid pro quo”. This finding is supported by the evidence collected to this point, and OAG will continue to conduct a review of any evidence presented, as the duty is ongoing to seek the truth of these matters
Just like any normal impeachment - Senate trial with 2/3 needed to convict. The only difference (besides being in the state and not fed govt) is he is suspended in the interim.
Texans, it’s time to clean House. We need to remove the corruption that is plaguing our state capital and local governments before it’s too late.
Texas is the prize.
Once the Left gets Texas, they take the entire country.
No non-Democrat will ever again win the Presidency, once they have Texas.
And that is their plan.

I do agree but some have more issues than others and Paxton has more than his fair share.
See, I think you'll have a few republican presidents but they'll be rinos like desantis who are put in just to try and prove the elections matter.
All the world is a stage.

Can someone post a link to the OP document with the black background?
Thank you for a great post purkiss80 !!
I want to get this info out immediately to Texans I know.

corruption is the real pandemic.

This is what happens when you admit the elections are stolen.
He should run for governor. I'd say Trump should consider him for V.P. but Texas is solidly Trump. Kari Lake?
I would love to see Kari Lake as VP. She's got a lot of spirit.
Thanks for this post. It is very important.
The only good to come out of this is the traitors exposing themselves.
They want to replace him with Soros prosecutors just that the criminals and drug lords can do whatever they please.
Let's see who the governor puts in to replace him.
THAT will reveal something interesting -- one way or the other.

No more Bushes. I made that vow about 5 years ago. I will never vote for anyone affiliated with that family.

So, what is the next step for Paxton? Is he just out or is there an avenue of recourse for him?

Thank you
Am impeachment is a vote for trial by the House. Like what happened to Trump. Paxton will be able to fight it out at that trial in the Senate.
