I am not terribly certain that genetic predisposition is really as prevalent as is accepted. Lack of physical excercise, processed foods with extreme imbalance of nutrition, over prescribed anti biotics without restoring healthy gut flora, non-traditional eating styles. Throughout history, humans have had relatively localized food sources. I believe that each group of people had specific gut bacteria that developed into a specific balance of flora to extract nutrients, eliminate non-beneficial bacteria, and provide symbiosis with the host. As we have a wider variety of food sources, we are not exposed to the gut bacteria that helps process and support our digestion of these foods. In addition, most normal gut bacteria is not longer found in any of our foods because of pasteurization. There are virtually no beneficial bacteria remaining in our processed food supply. Dairy products in particular have suffered sterilization from pasteurization which has a significant effect on the health benefits of dairy products. There is also one additional factor that needs to be researched far more and that relates to specific protein and molecular compatibility between individuals and their specific foods they are eating. There is a practice of Blood Type compatibility that could be significant and requires far more research to determine validity or magnitude of impact.

Even if you were anti gay, they do not even amount to 5% of the population said to be LGBT. Probably about 2% population total, meaning at most 6 million people across an entire country. What does it truly matter?

Ask them if they know anyone who has owned and played a Disgaea game. A video game series that has sold about 6 million copies across in its lifetime.

The answer for most Americans is no. Unless you walk into the dealer room of a video game or anime convention and ask everyone you see, everywhere else the answer will be no. And even at those conventions, most of those gamers will have never played one.

The media and government have conditioned everyone to believe gays are everywhere or that the gay best friend trope is actually common when it is absolutely not. The internet is an echo chamber that does not reflect real life.

Online, you can find plenty of people who have played a Disgaea game.

Likewise, try to find someone in real life who has played a Trails of Cold Steel game. That series in its life time between 4 games has only sold a million copies total in the US. Finding one of those is like finding a trans. Case in point...

If they hear it, they hear it. Otherwise they don't. Either way its not your problem.
