My nephew is SES for the CIA (two scary three-letter names) and yet he's a strong conservative. It isn't necessarily organized progressive deep state, but I agree that most of them are progressive.
100% agree with this. I have had interactions with quite a few SES. Half were exactly what was needed for the position they had, and were good people (from my limited exposure). About a quarter were using the position as a stepping stone to another government position (100% DC people). A quarter were self absorbed fuktards that got their positions through Obama sycophants. Worthless fuking mouth-breathers that knew ZERO about their organizations, and couldn't fucking care less. Honestly, two of them were literally too fucking dumb to grasp the concepts of the organizations strategic initiatives … why do I say that? … they couldn’t spell the word ‘strategic’.
