Your sinus is running and flushing itself because it is being constantly irritated by something.
Getting to the bottom of the source of irritation is the key here.
Please answer as many of the below questions as you can:
Do you work or go somewhere that has you inhaling particles, dust, fumes, paint, chemicals or similar?
Do you have pets that produce dander or bring in dirt from outside?
How dusty is your living space, work space or play space?
Are you a smoker of any kind? Do you live with smokers of any kind?
Do you have dry eyes or work/live in a dry or windy space that is drying out your eyes and sinuses, causing them to work overtime to re-moisturize themselves?
Do you wear contact lenses that irritate your eyes, causing a tearing response which causes drainage of tears/mucous down your throat?
What color is your sinus drainage? Clear is an allergic response, yellow is the beginning of a bacterial infection and green is a bad infection.
Do you do daily sinus rinses with distilled water and salt? If not, you should. You may have some imbedded particle(s) up in your sinus that the body is trying to flush out, but has been unsuccessful. Help it out with twice daily sinus rinses with lots of Himalayan salt or iodized salt dissolved in the distilled water. You will be surprised how that may solve the whole puzzle.
Might you have food allergies that your body is responding to?
Have you tried sterile Q-tips dipped in saline to swab out the inside of your nose? (Should be done daily).
Have you checked to see if you have tonsil stones or swollen/irritated throat or tonsils?
Does your throat usually hurt or feel irritated?
Does your breath smell bad do you think?
Have you tried the good kind (expensive, refrigerated) probiotics?
Do you have headaches, too? If so, where on your head does it hurt?
How is your diet? Are you a junk food, high carb/processed food eater?
Are you overweight, underweight, problems with acne, suffer from low T?

I have had terrible allergies and my allergy doc said I need to live in a bubble. What worked for me was this.
I mill flour and make my own bread at home. This improved my gut and the idea is if your gut is unhealthy it produces mucus. The investment was worth this added chore. Look up Bread Beckers and watch the video Only Real Bread and listen to her testimony. She was a mom of 9 kids in the 90s and home schooled and she she managed to make bread and cure her allergies.
I also use the netipot.
I drink fire cider (homemade) and eat honey garlic. As needed. I haven't taken allergy medicine since I have been using these protocols over a year.
All ingredients are natural and have helped me tremendously with dealing with allergies. Good luck.
N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC) hasn't been mentioned yet. Great support for the body's detox pathways and clears airways. Also check out the cosmic death fungus protocol.
Keep a health diary of foods you eat, symptoms, any other relevant information. Based on other comments, I would suggest eliminating dairy for a few days as an experiment. This varies by ethnicity, but adults are less able to digest dairy. Also consider personal care products, including toothpaste. Dove moisturizing body wash makes me sneeze. Someone here mentioned The Mucusless Diet, but I have not read that. The mucus connection makes me want to mention The Plant Paradox by Dr Gundry. Mucus isn't always bad, it can be helpful to protect the body.
Could you have mold in your home, workplace, etc?
Buteyko method may help open the nose. Mouth breathing is not ideal and it might affect facial development.
Consider doing an occasional fast. It seems to really boost my sense of smell. Less ability to smell and sinus congestion hint at covid infection.
Looking for an air purifier? The Win ix C545 is the best value I've tested. Super quiet and should not cost more than $130. Just don't set the wifi up. Also, if your car has a cabin air filter, you might be able to find a HEPA filter that goes in there.
One thing I noticed is the relationship with root canal treatment. I had already read docs that relate Root Canal treatment to cancer, due to toxicity released but this was put straight on the doorstep of bacteria. Fungus as the main culprit seems legit.

Ive tried countless diets, vegan being the worse, and i have never felt or looked better then i do right now being on a carnivore diet.

Beef or Lamb, as long as it's a ruminant animal you will getting plenty of nutrients. And yes, keep in mind where that meat is coming from.
