Exactly, I see traffic jams like this quite often on the main highway here in Southern Ontario. Either it’s from construction or pretty minor accidents. Not too long ago, someone in a car on the highway had a heart attack and they landed a helicopter right on the highway. Traffic was backed up just like in this video.
