Since the delta is tied to a tweet, the alternatives are that:
a) Q predicted that the US Northern Command public website would have issues and they would tweet about it, to the minute, in 5 years (by working the message into a seemingly unrelated conversation about another website)
b) The social media arm of the US N C timed a tweet about their public website issues to coincide with a 5 year old Q drop
So do you believe it's a), b), or some other possibility I've overlooked?

i) The person with access to the account saw the potential delta and waited for the exact moment to release the tweet; or
ii) White hats intentionally caused a disturbance with the website and told the button-clicker to wait until 10:20 to release the tweet?

Based on the "Science" news we can expect some sorta disclosures tomorrow at 1 pm and 2 pm. Interesting coincidence with the 10:20 timestamp...
But don't get too excited. It'll be disguised as regular "news" about the submarine debris or somesuch nonsense. Perhaps this is a reminder of the plan and a hint to some to follow the Duck memes and drop outta sight for a bit.
Goalposts are pretty wide there - "something will be on the news". If you're able to decipher the coded message I'd be interested in hearing your conclusion

EDIT: Looks like I was mixing separate comms streams. The "Science" stories released in a 1 2 punch yesterday appear unrelated to the submarine trial stories.
The background hum / gravity wave story mentioned the gold standard and said there was still a lot of work to do. So "the hum" likely symbolizes the petro dollar (or maybe the new system) humming along behind every transaction.
The Antarctica neutrino ghost particle story seems to be about the comms feed changing from "interstellar" to our own galaxy (local)
Meanwhile for the submarine trial it seems charges were brought against Bill and Hillary. An American EAGLE plane was struck by lightning (charges) on Tuesday at their namesake airport in Little Rock.

The chances this was coincidence are very, very remote, so the real question is why? Why were these messages posted this way? There doesn't seem to be anything really for anyone to act on. Therefore, my guess is, it is to keep anons going. I think waiting for the 4th of July to be the day that everything is revealed might disappoint people, so Q team threw us a bone to chew on for a while so that we don't give up. It's a sign that Patriots are still in control. And maybe it's a reminder to back things up offline because things could go dark, the internet could go down. Any other ideas?
