I don't think so. I think the concept here is mutual cooperation between sovereign nations, something anathema to the globalist vision of the NWO. While there may be a shift towards a new or different reserve currency, I believe that the BRICS nations are attempting to ground their OWN currencies in gold, not create one global currency for use by all peoples in all nations.
BRICS won't be run by or controlled by the people. It will be run by big governments who have even less respect for freedom than our own does. So I don't get the joy you are all experiencing over this.
