I see 83 DS BS Puppets that need to be voted out of office.
That would be what, 33 treasonous RINOs? (I don't like to use "treason" promiscuously, but unconstitutional commitment to war would be giving aid and comfort to a domestic enemy in the presence of many witnesses.) I suppose we can assume all the Democrats voted in favor.
I totally agree. We have their votes on record as evidence. For those awake they all run to Brussels for approval. I noticed this for years as the EU does not do anything without the approval of Brussels. Then reflect back to Pelosi and the Democrats riding around the Capitol in their bus when their flight was not paid for. Needed instructions from their handlers ?
So all we need is the voting record and that removes all assumptions and it becomes fact.
Hung. In public.
More like dragged out... i wont complete the statement because it'll be shadowbanned. Just know its what happens to traitors
Why are these idiots in service, and I use that term laughingly, in the congress and Senate????? I don't think these people have even read the Constitution. We need a Test on the constitution before you even run for DOG catcher.....
Most of them were selected and not elected... aka [their] democracy, and not our Republic.
Unfortunately, the blame rests on the electorate, who could well stand to suffer such a test.
I am very much intolerant of the unpatriotic knaves who are in the process of ruining our country...but I have to recognize that they simply took advantage of a credulous and inattentive and ignorant public, who ARE NOT INNOCENT of the decisions they have made. When people express pity for the havoc visited on Germany toward the end of World War II, and sympathy for the "innocent civilians," I tend to respond: "Innocent of what? Of electing Adolf Hitler as supreme leader?" Ignorance explains, but does not exculpate.
So you blame the victims and absolve the criminals?
May be the dumbest take Ive read all week.
No, I blame those who bear ultimate responsibility for their own terrible plight, for not stepping up when it would have made an easier difference. I don't absolve anyone of anything. Too many dead people for that.
But you are taking up the mantle of "we're victims---we're not responsible," which is the least honest take I've seen this week. Every drunken driver who is killed in a car crash is at least a victim---of his own folly. Unlike some people here, I don't celebrate the doom of the foolish, but I do lament it.
Do you think the public actually has power under a system like this? Think about it. Even our elections are corrupt.
The public has the power of free speech and popular elections. One can argue that these freedoms are imperiled, but that is no argument to give up in unilateral defeat. Think about it: All this started going to hell when our freedom was intact, the news was halfway honest, and the elections were mostly legitimate. Where were the conservatives? Some were trying hard, but fewer were running for school board or municipal offices. I think it was Plato who said "The price of good men not being involved in public affairs is to be ruled by evil men."
Are we forgetting about the Steal in 2020? Foolish to think that the Presidency was stolen but not important House or Senate seats, if not straight up the entire upper or lower chambers.
Fyi, Hitler was "voted" into power by only 43%, hardly a majority of people.
And nearly 100% went along with it. What is your point? That the German population is not responsible for Hitler? Sorry. In a notional democracy, the electorate is responsible. Responsibility means they inherit the consequences of their collective decision.
I cut the Russians some slack. There is no basis for thinking the Bolsheviks gained control democratically. They conquered a resisting population through a civil war.
I think what you mean is "nearly 100% didn't take up arms in a revolt against the German government". Otherwise, you are falling for the classic projection of unwavering support all dictators do. Besides, that's a faulty point anyways, ever heard of the 3% statistic in the Revolutionary war?
Additionally, this relies on the assumption that the 1933 German election was free and fair, otherwise it's just it's a select-tatorship shambling in the cloak of a democracy.
They made their bed and they lay in it. The alternative was the Communist Party. It was the fact that these were the only alternatives that lay at the feet of the public, which points out the public's responsibility to have had better choices. (There was also a kind of Bolshevik revolution before the end of the war that deposed the Kaiser and installed the Weimar Republic. There was also no unified national polity. There are all kinds of excuses, but no other responsibility.)
Read more about Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn. He conceived his duty before Russia and God to "tell the truth" or to "combat the Lie." He was only one man. Did he think he would prevail? They suppressed him. They exiled him, because he was drawing too much attention. But he prevailed. He returned. His masterwork, "The GULag Archipelago," is now required reading in Russian high schools (thanks to Vladimir Putin).
Solzhenitsyn simply brushed past the flimsy excuses for victimhood and accepted responsibility to combat the Lie. That's what we need to do.
To an extent, that's fair, but why are the public ignorant? They're fed lies by the MSM to such an extent that their whole understanding of reality is wrong. They have a political system that's mind-numbing with its constant bickering such that few people have any interest in the topic. Basic personal responsibilities like work and family consume people's attention and what's left is consumed by celebs and sportsballs or other hobbies. The system itself has made being an active, involved citizen irritating even painful.
And what does one person do against the mob? You compare the US electorate to the Germans who supported Hitler. Do you think that support was universal? What happened to the dissenters? They had their reputations destroyed. They were fired from their jobs, socially ostracized, even beaten on the streets by the brown shirt kids. Many were robbed by the state, charged with fake crimes, etc. Dissenting came with very real and nasty consequences even for very prominent people, so people often went along with it, hoping to just give lip service to the movement and move on with their lives. Sound familiar? How many people simply go along with the mandatory vax to keep their jobs? Go along with the forced diversity training to avoid social ostracism? Put the pride flag or the BLM flag in their store to keep the agitators and activists from looting their stores and burning them down in a "mostly peaceful protest"? Same concept. You can call it cowardice, but the fact is that there are very understandable reasons people choose not to fight. No, it's not absolution, but it is an explanation that should be taken seriously if we don't want a repeat of the outcome.
You basically prove my point. If the cowardice is so prevalent and overpowering that people are not compelled to force of arms to defend their rights---then all this talk about a fully-armed nation is so much posturing garbage. No teeth. No guts.
We are not at that point yet...but we are getting close. No, there is no excuse. What prevented conservative parents from dominating the school parents' presence in our society? Were their family woes so huge and unique? No, they just decided to let it be someone else's concern. I saw the same thing in my union experience at my employer. It was no surprise that the union was run by activists who were dominantly left-liberal-socialist in their views. Nearly every other engineer was conservative and would complain about this. I would ask, "Well, then, why don't you run for Council Representative? We need people to fill vacancies." And the answer was, "Nah, I don't have the time to be interested in that." At which point I would burn their ass with a scolding for just being a carper who didn't want to do anything to solve the problem. They didn't like that. But this is the way that self-righteous conservatives turn themselves into cultural and political zeroes.
Thins are not as bad as Nazi Germany, so that is no excuse for anyone chickening out and keeping his head down. The people who went along with the "mandatory" vax were functional idiots who couldn't tell the difference between life and death. Now, they get death. Just look at the statistics. I've read that over 90% of the current Covid fatalities come from the vaxxed. That's too bad, but it just underscores the fact that we are the authors of our own destruction, if we simply go along and comply.
I'm sure that we can spare enough uniforms for these ass hats and their families to be on the front lines in Ukraine.
No, firing squad, do not allow them a chance to disappear
Or rope, and a woodchipper
Those senators need to be recalled and removed by each state they represent. When they circumvent the Constitution, that is treasonous behavior and shows a laziness and self serving position that disqualifies them from government office. It is more thanobvious that all branches of government and it’s subsets of agencies need a thorough cleaning. With that in mind right now they need to be censored and recalled to their states. The governors need to appoint someone in a temporary position to serve their term. State legislatures need to take action to make it easier to remove anyone from government positions elected and appointed in each state, if that government official, no matter their position, is acting against the Constitution and those of the electorate/taxpayers/voters. That includes allowing any non citizen voting rights-those involved in approving such, must be removed immediately from office and banned from any governmental position ever again.
I wish senators could be recalled & replaced! Cornyn is one of the worst! I think that senators can only be removed by a majority vote of the senate body.
That needs to change. They will always stickup for each other. They need to be held responsible to the taxpayers of the state in which they were elected.
[They] need war to stay in power.
They need war to keep the $$$ flowing in.
$$$ = power
Indeed!
Who wants to bet that they're the same ones that have dual citizenship with Israel....and all Democrats?
The separation of powers in the US Constitution only works if each branch jealously guards its' powers. The founders never envisioned a future where Congress would voluntarily give up powers to avoid responsibility. This sort of thing will bring about the ownfall of the US - as it is designed to do.
Every one of those 83 violated their oaths of office and ought to be banned from ever holding public office again.
