The Fulton County Judge, the senior judge, has now recused the entire Fulton County bench.
This is the Georgia district attorney in Fulton County who is bringing this indictment for State Rico charges. They were going to bring a state racketeering influence and corrupt organization case against Donald Trump.
This was the Fannie Willis Case where they were going to bring this massive indictment with supposedly a lot of parties like 25 or 30 individuals as defendants, and there has been motions filed by the former president's lawyers saying that the judges that are hearing the case cannot, should not, be allowed to proceed on those because of either bias or it's the county and there's these conflicts.
Evidently this was an order signed last night but not released until this morning. The Fulton County Superior Court Judge Glanville ruled that all active judges… this is unreal folks… all active judges of Fulton County Superior Court bench will be recused from the civil lawsuits filed by Trump's lawyers against Fannie Willis and judge McBurney.
The civil lawsuits that were filed were these lawsuits to say you should not be bringing these proceedings… the irregularities… remember that special grand jury and the foreperson that went to the all the media… she was on the media everywhere… it's all of that, so this is a big, big, decision.
It has also recused all of the Fulton County judges from any attempts to engage in the election probe grand jury from 2020… cannot be overseen by Fulton County judges… big news just breaking now.
Is this good news?
Based on their comments, I think it is good news; but, I'm not an attorney. Maybe some of our attorney frens will weigh in.
The news had just dropped and the ACLJ guys did that short video just to make the announcement. I assume they will do a video with an in-depth discussion later today. If it's as big of a deal as they implied, I'm sure there will be a lot of coverage by others as well.
Don't feel bad. I didn't quite get it either.
Upvoted. We've had the rug jerked out from under us enough times that now it's hard to ever assume anything is actually good news.
Not that everything in reality is always negative. Plenty of stuff is wonderful. Just that if something involving Trump were good news, why the hell would we be allowed to be hearing about it? That sort of thing.
It sounds like all good news for Trump, is that assumption correct? (been tripped up before, not a lawyer, hate to assume anything)
I'm not an attorney either but considering the Trump rulings from mostly biased judges, this does seem to be a good decision... at least in regards to these judges.
If this ruling is such a "big deal" hopefully any potential new judges will be inclined to recuse themselves if they are biased.
Dont think so. They are eliminating all judges that are not Trump haters. In otherwords Trump will be already convicted. Thats how I read it. Are most of those judges not appointed by Trump that they are recusing.
"Not all libs are bad people".
So true.
Plus, not all conservatives are good people. Malevolents use these labels to keep people distracted, deceived and divided.
NWO Heil Hegel Ops ==. Eliminate individuals. Replace them with groups to love and cheer or hate and jeer.
As Q warned anons " They want you divided. Divided you are weak. United you are strong. People united is their greatest fear".
Yes, and that’s why PDW is full of FBI trolls. The vitriol in the heat for one another over there is an Untenable. They want us divided… Even amongst our own ranks. They’re doing a great job on PDW with that psyop though aren’t they?
My take:
First, Jay Sekulo and ACLJ are the good guys. So, if he likes it, it is most likely a good thing.
Second, from what I understand, this is NOT the potential criminal case against Trump in Georgia.
There are some corrupt government employees in Georgia who are planning on a criminal indictment of Trump and a bunch of other people in a RICO case. I suspect they are waiting until just before the election to actually file it.
In response to this threat, Trump has filed a civil (not criminal) lawsuit against these people, saying that they are violating his rights in what they are doing (basically, prosecutorial misconduct).
This decision by the Chief Judge of the court house in Georgia where Trump's lawsuit has been filed has issued an order that all of the judges in that court house cannot be a judge in that case.
The criminal case has against Trump has not been filed (yet).
Trump's civil case has been filed, but all judges at that court house have been barred from acting as judges in that case (because they are all biased against Trump).
This means that the "venue" for Trump's civil case will have to be moved out of Fulton County.
Also, the Chief Judge has ordered that none of these Fulton County judges will be allowed to oversee any legal procedings that might involve anything related to the 2020 election fraud.
This is good because there is at least a chance that the corrupt co-conspirators in Fulton County will not be able to control the legal procedings, and there might be an honest judge elsewhere that will oversee the case.
It seems obvious that Fulton County is very corrupt and has their own little fiefdom of government employees (judges, district attorneys, etc.) who are planning to railroad Trump.
This order takes all judicial decisons out of their hands.
It might be enough to stop the co-conspirators in the tracks. If they can't control the outcome via corruption, they might think twice about bringing their criminal case at all (maybe, maybe not).
Trump's civil case against THEM can proceed, however. It's just that it will have to be heard in a different location (unless the Chief Judge wants to be the judge in that case -- which would create a serious can of worms within the courthouse).
Keep an eye out to see if there is pressure to get this Chief Judge removed as Chief (the administrative head of the court house) and replaced with a corrupt individual. Don't know if that can by done from within or not. Just something to watch for.
Not a lawfag. I find it so boring.
what is the bottom line. Good thing? Bad thing?
Its too soon for any serious "lawfag" to have a meaningful opinion on this ruling.
Lawfare is nonkinetic warfare. Consequently, if asking how things will ultimately turn out and/or the ultimate consequences of these lawfare battles, the honest answer is no one knows.
Anyone who claims that they know is deceiving you and themselves. The best they can do is guess then explain why they made that guess.
However, as Q pointed out in a drop, those who've read the book know how this "movie" ends. The only thing in doubt is whether one rejects or accepts their invitation to be part of the victory celebration. Ones choices in this life reveals the answer.
Now do NY, LA, IL, NV, PA…
😍😍😍
"Daddy, I want it NOW!" -- Veruka Salt/ Willie Wonkas Chocolate Factory
Hahaha. Upvote for the Wonka reference!
Let's remind ourselves of some #s. In 2016, wiki said Hillary got 1.87M votes, and Trump got 2.09M. In 2020. Wiki said Biden got 2.47M and Trump got 2.46M votes. So you are telling me that Biden got 600k more votes than Hillary in only 4 years without campaigning while Trump got (only) 400k more votes. Even though in 2016 early polling had Hillary about 4% higher than Trump in GA, while they had Trump about 4-6% higher than Biden in early 2020 polling. How is this even fathomable?
“3 vote monte”.
They actually sell normies, who are STILL buying the unfathomable horseshit lie that Biden got more votes than Obama.
I will repeat that: BIDEN … got more votes than … Obama.
Shockingly fucking dumb.
Would love some further analysis to read on this. Was this an action that Trump's lawyers requested?
It sounds good - if all the judges are recused!? Where are they pulling a new judge pool from? But I think it's good news - 🤞like everyone else - not a lawyer so just my gut impression.
Fulton is one county in Georgia but it is the county that's at the epicenter of Georgia's election fukkery.
Fortunately, Georgia has many other counties and consequently more judges who are not automatically recused by this ruling.
If they get them from the sewer it would still be an improvement.
Lol
I saw the video of the shredder truck pull up to this county's election board waiting to shred documents after the 2020 election.
A Patriot Woman, filmed it and called 911 who did not choose to respond to this event.
The driver of the shredder truck filmed the woman driving away.
Interesting...
Not a lawfag but live in Fulton County. Yes this is good news for Trump.
