If Elon invested billions, and he seems to be aware of Q - he should notice this long list of the patriotic accounts blocked on the platform he has acquired.
If he had really good intentions to battle the bias within the organisation - most of these accounts would be already unlocked by now. For the boss in a tech business it’s as easy as to copy/paste and create a ticket - “Please review these accounts”. It’d be one of the best verifiers for him to see who is still biased / who isn’t. He hasn’t done it, and it’s hard to believe he hasn’t seen the list yet.

Unlocking accounts falls on lower level staff. He is likely not even aware. He is the head of several giant businesses and can only slice his time up so far.
Best bet is for those people to petition opening their account back up, or creating new accounts.

I believe that it won't actually cost them a whole lot in the long run. Sure they might have to do a few cases, but those will be blown up on social media and be used as a warning to many other small businesses to not use X/Twitter as an excuse to fire employees.
I think it's just an attempt to get both sides to talk openly about their censorship experiences in order to create awareness so the normies on both sides see how unfairly they are treated by the system(s).
