The US Government = US Corporation
The special counsel would have to be US Military. Durham special counsel transferred all the evidence and sealed indictments to the US Military.

I don't think so. The "US Corporation" is only a myth at this time. The US Military is the main component of the Department of Defense, which is a department of the Executive Branch---ergo, a part of government. Their officers are commissioned by the President.
Doesn't change the fact that the Space Force is part of the Air Force, which is part of the Armed Forces, which is part of the Department of Defense, which is a cabinet agency reporting to the President.
It doesn't matter when the other armed forces were created. The Navy and the Marine Corps pre-date the Constitution, but the Constitution subsumes them into the Executive branch.
Find the document that establishes a private "corporation" and you might have something. But otherwise, the Constitution forms a corporate body politic in the general meaning of the word. Just like cities are "incorporated" but they are not private entities. (You have to remember that private corporations exist at the behest of the government, which can unravel them whenever it wants to.)
In any case, the Constitution is self-defined as the "supreme law of the land." Nothing can supervene over it.

The military is prevented from being involved in law enforcement. It's illegal and has been for a long while.
Are you sure that Space Force falls under the posse comitatus act?
I know that the Army and Air Force falls under the posse comitatus act, and that Navy and Marines falls under 10 U.S. Code § 275, but both National and Coastguard can be used as Civilian Law Enforcement.
Do we know for sure that DJT didn’t organise the Space Force in such a way that it doesn’t fall under the Comitatus act or 10 U.S. Code § 275?
It would be a great failure on our side if we didn’t create the SF in a way that can be used in the fight against the DS.

President Trump did not create Space Force.
It was created by laws written by Congress and passed with veto -proof support.
While the Trump Administration adopted the push to create the Space Force, it was proposed in 2017 by a Congressman from Alabama.

So maybe the idea is Weiss will have to retire shortly to complete the formal special counsel appointment process? There's a lot of ways to read this information. It could be anything from a bland formality to evidence of the end of the US Corporation.
