Romans 1 makes it clear that God has revealed Himself through His creation such that all are without excuse. When a soul responds properly to general revelation, then He will bring more revelation. We see that illustrated with Philip and the Ethiopian eunuch in Acts. We see this also with the parable of Lazarus and the rich man. If they won't listen to Moses and the prophets, then they won't listen, even if someone returns from the dead. Someone did rise from the dead, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
God has called us to walk in truth. It is our choice to do so or not.
God will not send you to hell (Place of lies). If you refuse to live in the truth (aka Heaven) you have refused to enter Heaven.
There can be no heaven for you because you do not want it. Not because God took it away from you.
