I'm a little conflicted on the recorders, because it's sooo productive to immortalize the crime. If this individual was not recorded, then I seriously doubt her punishment would rise to the level needed. Even perhaps, she or others would get away unpunished, and go on to do more assaults. This is likely not her first assault, but she continues with her behavior. Perhaps the recorder just saw an escalation occurring?
I think all classrooms should have mandatory livestreaming available for all parents and law enforcement. Let's all see what's going on in classrooms. Paid for by taxpayers, we own it, we should get to see it 24/7. Watch how fast this shit stops.
It's exactly what PARENTS want. When it's your kids in those classrooms, you have a right to see what the teachers are telling them, and what kind of environment the kids are in day after day.
We aren't paying taxes to put kids on the street. We pay taxes to put them in schools to be educated, so we have the right to know what that education looks like and what is being fed to our children's minds day after day. Our taxes pay the salaries of the teachers, so we have a right to see how well they are doing their jobs and to see if they are exploiting their position to warp the minds of our children and prey upon them. Your logic is flawed.
Execute. They're irredeemable, unreformable, impossible to ever co-exist with, and we're pissing on our own backs saying it's raining to think otherwise.
“ Pissing on our own backs saying it’s raining “
Damnnnn isn’t that real !
It will get worse, these people are gone is right !
Now pharma is cutting psyc meds , so now the people who are maintaining their issues will be thrown to the streets .. it will be full blown anarchy!
Students shouldn't be allowed to have personal media & smart devices in schools. Period. Same for most work places. There's no need to have a smart device to play with during down time. There is always focus & work to be done. And if not then socialise with your peers, read a book, take a nap, whatever. Resist the technocracy.
Of course it is, the same race that in recent years is being told they are allowed to riot, assault and anything else they want because they are victims and they have no consequences. What other outcome did anyone else expect.
TBF I saw a classmate throw an entire desk+chair combo at a teacher in the early 90s. This is just disrespectfully weak in comparison to my own personal memory... Also, nothing new under the sun.
Not that Im defending the student from my own experience, but it was quasi justified. Student was in detention/study hall(as was myself) and their parents had come to pick them up due to a family emergency. Stupid authoritarian prick teacher wouldn't let them leave study hall so dude threw a desk at the direction of the teacher, hitting the wall.
I have been a high school science teacher for 30 years. I've had my life threatened by a student for no reason. I've had students leave empty bottles of alcohol in my class. I've been yelled at by students and parents.
I have also had parents tell me how thankful they are for my work. I've had numerous students contact me after graduating and tell me that I made a difference.
I've seen teachers body slam students. I've seen teachers drink on the job. I've heard teachers berate students and verbally tell them they are stupid and worthless.
I've seen teachers spend their own money on lunches and food for homeless students. I've known many teachers who regularly buy supplies for students. I've seen teachers give their own time to tutor and academically support students.
In short, people are people, and we all have seen and experienced the bad and good in humankind.
Teachers have absorbed the fall of the family and society as they have taken more responsibility (by necessity) for teaching good behavior that was once the parent's job.
Our society structure is in rubble and the DMZ is government schools. Teachers and students alike can be in the wrong.
The solution is complex--but don't be part of the problem by scapegoating anyone. We ALL need to do better.
"All of the teachers"? Unfortunately, this didn't answer either of my questions. And, twice you haven't allowed for the possibility of an innocent teacher being battered.
They really need to start making examples of these fucking kids, and start making examples of the ones that record this shit too.
if nobody was recording you wouldn't know about this at all.
Yes, but you also wouldn't know that a teacher was also defending themselves against this.
Exactly it's also how kids catch pedo teachers. Our school banned phones after things my kids recorded

That is exactly what Pedos and globalists want

Your logic is also meant all parents want 24hrs surveillance on every corners of the streets for the safety of their kids …
I only know during zoom video, no parents or guardians allow during class.

I would agree if I had any trust in the schools, which I don’t…. (So the littles I love dont go to public schools).
Every class every hallway, every corner should be recorded, and all parents can log in and view anytime they want.
They really need to start making examples of these fucking kids, and start making examples of the parents or legal guardians.
Fixed that for you

Welcome to the jungle.
Feral
Needs to be arrested
Beyond disgraceful.
Lawsuit time too

mid-70's I saw my science teacher choke-slam a student for being disrespectful.
No, please do not generalize this.

YES
To be honest the teachers deserve it for doing what they are doing to the kids. This is what happens when there are no consequences.
How do you know this teacher is one of 'them'? What if she was innocent?
"All of the teachers"? Unfortunately, this didn't answer either of my questions. And, twice you haven't allowed for the possibility of an innocent teacher being battered.
Look to administration for the “no consequences.”
It had to be this way...
