Dude, at this point why would you donate to any charity. Maybe there are a few good ones, but from everything we have seen we can safely assume that at best Charities are money laundering operations and at worst - traffickers.
Food bank / household items assistance at a small local church. That's about as large a charitable organization as I'll donate to these days.
Yeah, a small group where you know the people personally is probably the only kind of charity you can trust.
Right, why would somebody buy a lottery ticket with 1 in 50 million to become a millionaire, when all all you have to do is start a charity.
start a charity and be connected to Satanists
I want Jesus to return so I donate to Christian organizations so they can spread God's words. Dumb me. LOL
Those are most probably money spent to corrupt God's word!
you are probably right.
I will start doing that!
Neighbors helping each other is always the best.
My thoughts, as well.
Agreed!
Of course they are. Along with the Red Cross, Oxfam and Barnardo's. All fronts.
Never heard of Oxfam or Barnardo. Now I donate to county animal rescue.
They're UK based. Both started out as genuinely philanthropic way back when, but like every other 'big' charity, swelled to corporate and woke proportions. Oxfam had a massive scandal a couple of years ago to do with sexual exploitation.
"Big" means bad. Sad
Oxfam is a truly massive international charity. Many people consider it to be just a front for intelligence organisations. Easy to insert operatives wherever in the world by calling them "aid workers."
Yes. So called 'aid workers' were the ones involved in the sexploitation scandal I mentioned. Laura Silsby would have been right at home with them.
Never donate. Use the money to help people YOU SEE that needs help.
Much more cost effective and makes you feel a whole lot better too.
Yes. Will do.
FXCK that!
We can make a case that they only move them to blue city but hey, I won't go there either now. Used to love them.
Instead of donating money, people should donate their time by volunteering at a local food bank or other LOCAL, observable charity. Or donate food/items/time to your church, they can distribute to local folks in need.
My church used to provide a meal one Sunday a month for a local Salvation Army facility but got kicked out due to insurance issues. Was a great joy for us and sad to end it. Was sweet to be known by residents as “the bread lady”.
Time for us is more valuable then money but we tried. We will stay local.
Think twice and then think again. Then walk away. Same with Red Cross. My 80 year old mom's father told her a very long time ago that he would disown her if she ever gave a dime to those snakes.
He knows. Wow.
They used to be the only charity I would give money to,they went woke two years ago. I forget the details, but it was pretty bad.
A brethren of my old church said that he always gave to Salvation Army until his house burned down. He had 5 kids at home and so he went there to ask for some help. For some reason they denied helping him, so he quit giving them money after that. This brother always gave to any organization at Christmas or any need that needed to be met,. He headed up our own Shoe Boxes for kids at Christmas and the Veterans Home Christmas gifts. I couldn't see anyone denying him anything until he told that story. So I no longer even give them my old clothing or articles of material things.
I got a friend in Portland who received help from them. I used to go buy dishes from them and donate items to them. At one point, I almost went to work for them.
I Knew several of the local captains very well, they helped run our food stand at the ballpark for kids.
They were very good men.
I am sure there are good people in even the worse organizations.
We have a good system in my small town, we support each other, donate at the food bank, if a farmer loses his barn, there are 5 farmers to come and house his cows until he can rebuild, if a family loses their home, it is the community that comes together, and always has. It is the best part of old traditions of New England, and although Vermont is seen as a blue state, it is really purple. Large organizations always take an enormous amount of donated money to put into administration. those tv ads for charities are not given away, they cost as much in a year to rehome several families that may have suffered a loss through illness or fire. Early America saw the churches as the way to help people, to come together, and people will. I give locally.
It's nice to have such community.
I stopped contributing to ALL charities from a while now. The whole mindset of "giving" seems a big scam to me. You are psychologically forced into giving, otherwise could end up feeling guilty especially when filling out tax forms. I have been comfy typing big fat zero from past few years.
Giving and sharing should come from the heart, unconditionally. Not due to any obligations, expectations or pity.
Thank you for the reminder.
The Salvation Army has another alias known as "The Red Shield." The name Rothschild means "red shield" literally. There are no coincidences.
Interesting. Thanks for the info.
I stopped giving them donations in 2020 when they went fully woke. Even the bell ringer that I've seen for at least 10 years at the same grocery store up and quit because of the woke shit. Don't give them a dime!
I stopped now 2 years ago. About the same time you did.

You are welcome. I find them I post. I used to buy from them and give to them.
