Don't tell them anything they don't want to know about. Find subjects of interest to them, and eventually you will find something conspiratorial related to that topic that they do not know about, and are actually interested in learning. The swamp is everywhere.
Yeah this is the best way. I was having the hardest time redpilling my buddy on anything until I just asked him 'why don't you tell me a conspiracy that you know about' and then he did and we just took it from there.
So turn the tables on them or have them suggest one, then just listen to them get them talking, then you can insert some redpills.
Remember - never feed them a bigger pill than they can swallow or they might shut down on you.

Chances are they got the vax, they definitely know people who did and may even know people that were harmed by it. that means they have skin in the game. This can wake them up. Then when they are awake they get to see how deep the rabbit hole goes.

I've had success with showing that the media was lying and race baiting about all of the police killings of black people. Showing that they were usually justifiable, that unarmed blacks are not disproportionately killed, that there was no reason to believe race played a role, etc. The media doctored 911 calls etc to make whites seem racist.
