The vaccine did kill and is still killing. It was mandatory in several industries if you wanted to keep your job. Warp Speed didn’t save us all. Only those of us who were able to read between the lines and were willing to sacrifice careers.
Trump gave us options yes, and thank God he did, but Warp Speed certainly didn’t save us all.
Agreed: Trump needed to make a declaration early that it was not mandatory so people could stand up with a little more conviction before giving in. The pressure was intense to take it in many companies. It was a test of wills but many had too much on the line to take a stand.
Trump also needs to publicly dump the Warp Speed cheerleading and admit he was betrayed by the “experts” that knew it was a bio weapon designed to kill people and/ or change your DNA. It’s time.

I don’t think anyone here would suggest that the Vax hasn’t killed anyone. But so far the death rate seems to be well below 5%. Plus, most people stopped at two (somewhat) voluntary shots. I think the original plan was to have 8 mandatory shots for everyone. If that’s the case we dodged a massive bullet.

They could not make it mandatory; they gaslighted us. It would have taken someone to stand up and take it to court. People didn't band together and stand up to fight back. They just whined about being forced to take it because "it was mandatory." They weren't forced; they were coerced. The vax was EUA. EUA vaccines cannot be mandated.
What court? Tell me what court would hear the multitudes of cases fairly. I couldn’t find one attorney willing to take my sons case. Businesses and Cities made it mandatory, no? People did band together and were stonewalled by the corrupt or chickenshit courts/ attorneys. Coerced/ mandatory made little difference to those who lost livelihoods regardless.
We can only fully answer this, once we know what the alternative they were planning was.

Me and my children are US citizens and I still can't move back to my own country because my wife is can't get an immigration visa. Have you tried to get an exemption? This has worked for a few people I know. Albeit not with "USCIS".
In our case, we don't have the best case. My wife has a vaccine from a previous application a few years ago. So the "born again" approach is kind of a long shot.
What amazes me and pisses me off is that this is still a thing at all. The requirement is not needed for non-immigrants and illegal immigrants. And it's the official policy of the US government to murder and maim people applying legally!!!?????
Edit: Side-note the way the law is written, you need to have a religious reason against ALL vaccines. So you can't say I don't want the clot shot because it will modify my DNA, or it's unsafe. There's no way to selectively opt-out of the covid shots.
Courts have established that you can't use past actions as legitimacy tests to prove authentic religious belief. I went through this during 2021 when mandates were everywhere and I lawyered up. You need an attorney and that will get you sorted.
This would actually be a lot easier if it were a court. A waiver to USCIS is done at the whim of the officer assigned to it. They could give me a pass, or they could deny it, which would be left on my application that I was refused entry and that would make any future attempts that much more difficult.
I've been told by three different lawyers that this this not something that would be extremely difficult to get into a court, and there is no case law in this area to draw from.

All you need is the US Constitution, my friend. It's been a while since I read the pertaining articles, so you'll need to read and verify yourself. I read through and if memory serves, Article 9 and Article 14 (section - maybe 3 or 6?) very much pertain and possibly even Article 8. Again, I looked for this when this whole covid shot mess started, so I'm going off memory, which isn't great. ALWAYS look to the Constitution for your help.

At this point, I think everyone has made up their own mind on the vaccine.. I'm a supporter of Trump, but I never got the vaccine. My parents HATE trump, but they got every jab, booster, you name it. I think we all saw what they did to trump after talking about alternative medicines, and we woke up on the medical community.
