Haley isn’t waiting for SCOTUS, she’s waiting for Jack Smith. SCOTUS will rule in favor of President Trump.
SCOTUS knows if it rules in favor of the Colorado State Supreme Court decision it sets up a 50 state free-for-all. Each state will be free to decide what qualifies as a 14th Amendment, Section 3 violation. If enough Republican controlled states block the Dem nominee it’s possible no one can reach 270 electoral votes.
All SCOTUS does is issue "opinions" on constitutionality...THAT'S IT! SCOTUS has no power to "do" anything, they can't put you in jail and they can't "remove" you from anything. All they do is "issue opinions".
