JUST TOLD TO ME
Max income level will be changed to 55000$ USD to rent. (EDIT, MY THEORY): They will move illegals into the units and make us pay for the rent. This may just be the precipice we all were waiting for, so I just want everyone to know. If they succeed with renters they will go for homeowners next.

EDIT: From above link "1C: Invest in the Success of Communities
Promote equitable community development that generates wealth-building for underserved communities, particularly for communities of color."
Looking at the department structure for this HUD looks to me like our current Chain of Command in D.C. Is this the hidden government they will try to use to activate illegals and those "of color"?
"* 5A: Enable the HUD Workforce
Enable the HUD workforce through hiring, training, opportunities for growth, and promoting a more engaged and inclusive work environment.
- 5B: Improve Acquisition Management.
Identify, procure, and execute acquisition management.
- 5C: Strengthen Information Technology
Strengthen information technology, cybersecurity, and data management."
Need more digging on this "strategic plan", there is a lot to go over.
Edit: Another gem: "Strategic Goal 4: Advance Sustainable Communities
Advance sustainable communities by strengthening climate resilience and energy efficiency, promoting environmental justice, and recognizing housing’s role as essential to health."
Now to find a trustworthy lawyer.
Check a grave yard for a trustworthy lawyer
Those are the good lawyers. None of them were trustworthy.
Yeah there are two professions you don't trust. Politicians and lawyers.
Still weird that they gaslit people into believing they could trust either.
This is the first time the FTC has issued a request for information exploring unfair practices in the rental market. The two agencies will seek information on a broad range of practices that affect the rental market, including the creation and use of tenant background checks, the use of algorithms in tenant screenings, the provision of adverse action notices by landlords and property management companies, and how an applicant’s source of income factors into housing decisions.

When is this suppose to start?
Besides the obvious immigrant housing goal....if this starts immediately, what are the odds it's to get these illegals some legal address to vote later this year?
Interesting the first early commitments are swing states.
Not sure but like Deathrace 2010 mentioned above seems they could fish around and find something to hold you accountable.
I live in a suburb of Los Angeles and our city council approved of a plan to eminent domain all the houses a block in both directions of our main boulevard (miles long) just so they can turn those homes that are almost 100 years old now into low income housing. This is the definition of insanity.
It's the goal of the globalists and NWO... Destroy America and any memory of it's past... Destroy all monuments, historic places, and just comminize everything into gray cement commiebloks, for their new foreigner citizens....
I love to see that happen. I'm pretty sure the inhabitants of those homes won't just up and leave.
You will own nothing and be happy.
Sauce/data link? Edit: Link attached. Thank you Anon. That’ll help others research the issue.
A neighbor of a coworker is not getting a chance to re-sign their lease. Source: was told by mouth. No physical evidence yet, I am just being the canary in the mine.
Location is Eastern U.S.
Edited to reflect my theory of their next play and what we should be on the lookout for. Can any renters confirm if they have been able to re-sign their lease for this year?
I will tell you this .. I’m in San Diego and I know for a fact that several people who lost their homes in a fire and staying in extended stays were told to leave, they could not stay, they were there for two weeks and then told they could not stay ,, it was said , we need to make room for the migrants who have no housing due to shortage . I know the guy , he is 62 year old brother of a good friend( white American ) the other family I was told by this person , thst it happened to them as well ( don’t know the second family but my friend does ) . I also know for a fact, many wealthy clients of mine , clients not friends , who own air b n b ‘s are fully booked , the Gov has contracted with them, vacation rentals are loaded with them ,, fkn disgrace , many Americans could not afford to stay in these vacation rentals with their families , but these criminals live there free , in SanDiego, where housing is incredibly expensive . A one bedroom apt in the ghetto areas rent for 2200.00 a month !
I lived in SD a few years ago and it seemed that EVERY residential neighborhood was choked with cars because the homeowners rented out rooms to people. Where I rented, the owner lived there and rented three rooms at about $700/month for each room. The house had been paid off decades ago; talk about a cash cow (as long as you don't mind strangers living in your house :).
My friend you couldn’t find a room for rent for 700 now if it was in a tent with a bucket to pee in . The going rate is 1250.00 for a room if u can beat the 30 people in line begging for it . People are getting 1500.00 in nice neighborhoods and esp if it comes with your own bath it 15 and up . What I wanna do is move out of my house and rent four bedrooms to traveling nurses they have their own website they pay 1500 a month easy for a room and the hospital pays their rent , so the money is always there . I have a tiny 1400 square-foot home that’s renting for five grand a month. 2 of the bedrooms are only big enough for a bed a dresser and that’s it , walk sideways . My place rents for 5 grand a month for this tiny place ,, however I’d rather keep control of the house and rent just the bedrooms and get atleast 5 grand , so I’d be able to come and go and keep and eye on things , I wouldn’t have to move the stuff in house or garage , just take off in my RV the nurses are good because their rent is paid and they leave every year or so , which is nice, it’s good to have a turn over where they have to leave , I don’t want some family squatting and not paying the rent like what happened during covid … u can never get them out , renters have all the rights . I have friends in my neighborhood who are renting out there house for 5 k and then renting a room some where else for 1500 a month. They are getting their mortgage paid there room rent and a thousand extra a month . Crazy
Wow! I lived off Balboa Ave in one of those neighborhoods that were probably built in the 1950s. The homeowner was a hoarder :) I shared a bathroom with the two other renters, and shared the kitchen with all four occupants. It was pretty convenient because I was only 15 minutes to work out on Point Loma, and not too far from the two surfing spots I liked (Tourmaline, at the point, and "Garbage" on Point Loma). I don't know how anyone can afford to buy a house out there, especially when you consider that a homebuyer isn't going to get the Prop ___ tax benefit.
I love those two surf spots ,, u were in Claremont .. it’s hella high there now
I did more surfing in the year and a half I lived there than the previous nearly 20 years in New York :) I lucked into being there during an El Nino year (2016), so in addition to having better waves than normal, it was also incredibly dry; it only rained about 3 times when I was there. The climate was so "good", it actually was kind of boring :) I went back last year for a one-week vacation, hoping to do some surfing, and between the rainy weather while there, and an injury I got (can't even remember how :) ), I didn't get out in the water AT ALL!
See if you can find a clean info link Anon, so others can research/cross-check if something like this is coming down their pipes as well. If possible.

Thank you.
Check my updates, I did some digging. Please sticky.
No Hud but my landlord did not resign a new lease. I'm in Pennsylvania. Should have been November 1st ..
"program that generates wealth-building for underserved communities"
They misspelled "undeserving communities."
Sad, but I could totally see this happening. Think about it from the property owner's perspective: They can rent to private citizens and have to screen/vet applicants, if the tenants don't pay then they have go through a time consuming and expensive legal process to evict them, and then have to sue former tenants for damages. If they rent to HUD/illegals they can get guaranteed income at likely an above market rate. If some illegals trash the place HUD picks up the bill. Plus lots of tax breaks, grants, etc. Poverty is a big business interest.
In some cases, you're required to accept section 8 housing vouchers.
If you add up all their freebies they make more than most of us.
I actually did some mexican dudes taxes for him and it pissed me off.
He had two free kids in the hospital that year too. And another 5k in “Earned income credit”
His job paid him about 30k a year and with all the freebies it was about 75k.
That was about 30 years ago.
HUD subsidized housing is "30%" of income"
Source: https://resources.hud.gov/#property-dialog
I owned a townhouse in a neighborhood that was zoned to allow Section 8 rentals. Owners could get more through the Section 8 program than they could through regular renting, and that while letting their place get run into the ground!
The precipice will involve torture murder and incarceration fot wrong think.
I sure would hate to see fires to break out in the USA like they have in Ireland. That would be a shame.
The woke bullshit language is insufferable.
