Well, since "I do not recall" works for all the other DC scum in court to stonewall and block investigations, I can't see why they wouldn't also try it with Biden.

Remember, "ignorance of the law is not an excuse" only applies to regular citizens, not the protected class. Any DC scumbag can use "I do not recall" or "I don't remember" as a tactic when being grilled by Congress and they get away with it every single time.

Bottom line……HE KNEW HE HAD THEM WHEN HE TOOK THEM, BEFORE HE BECAME SENILE. Sometimes I think he’s faking his senility so he can use it as a defense when he’s tried in court for all his treasonous shit.
