So this does two things (hopefully). It drops Trump's bogus classified docs charge, he's already demanding charges be dropped in light of this. And it sets up the 25th amendment against Biden.

Well, since "I do not recall" works for all the other DC scum in court to stonewall and block investigations, I can't see why they wouldn't also try it with Biden.
Remember, "ignorance of the law is not an excuse" only applies to regular citizens, not the protected class. Any DC scumbag can use "I do not recall" or "I don't remember" as a tactic when being grilled by Congress and they get away with it every single time.

Hur didn’t recommend charges because Trump Admin 2.0 is going to handle it, and when they do - that boomerang is gonna hit like a lead keg to the face.

In a case where the government must prove that Mr. Biden knew he had possession of the classified Afghanistan documents after the vice presidency and chose to keep those documents, knowing he was violating the law, we expect that at trial, his attorneys would emphasize these limitations in his recall. We also expect many jurors to be struck by the place where the Afghanistan documents were ultimately found in Mr. Biden's Delaware home: in a badly damaged box in the garage, near a collapsed dog crate, a dog bed, a Zappos box, an empty bucket, a broken lamp wrapped with duct tape, potting soil, and synthetic firewood.
