Trump's statement:
"The RNC MUST be a good partner in the Presidential election. It must do the work we expect from the national Party and do it flawlessly. That means helping to ensure fair and transparent elections across the country, getting out the vote everywhere – even in parts of the country where it won’t be easy – and working with my campaign, as the Republican presumptive nominee for President, to win this election and MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!
For these reasons, I think my friend Michael Whatley should be the RNC’s next leader. Michael has been with me from the beginning, has done a great job in his home state of North Carolina, and is committed to election integrity, which we must have to keep fraud out of our election so it can’t be stolen.
My very talented daughter-in-law, Lara Trump, has agreed to run as the RNC Co-Chair. Lara is an extremely talented communicator and is dedicated to all that MAGA stands for. She has told me she wants to accept this challenge and would be GREAT!
I have also asked Chris LaCivita, in whom I have full confidence, to assume the role of, in effect, Chief Operating Officer of the Committee. Chris will manage the RNC’s day-to-day operations so it will become a fighting machine for 2024 and use all the tools available to win for the American people.
This group of three is highly talented, battle-tested, and smart. They have my complete and total endorsement to lead the Republican National Committee." 🐸🐸🐸
Great news! And at exactly the right time. Globalists and Deep State go reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
I know. Don't you love it. 🐸
I thought it would be Scott Pressler, especially since he has actually been ACTIVE in getting people Registered Republican and motivated to go out an Vote Republican.....
I really don't know anything about this other guy, never ever heard his name until now....
While I like him to have the seat, I think he is more effective on the ground instead in a plush office.
Aces in their places.
That being said, will need to look into Whatley to see if he is solid.
Good point, but maybe he has a hidden leadership skill we still don't know about....
So, options Open, for now....
I trust President Trump, but i'd sure love to know what Whatley thinks of Tom Tillis and Richard Burr.
Or Governor Roy Cooper? NC residents still trying to find anyone that voted for that jackass, but somehow they also got a based Lt. Governor (MAGA safety put in place for Cooper removal contingency?)
I was going to say the same. Cooper has been a colossal disappointment.
I do too.
Why Laura Trump? That’s just not a good look.
Somebody with the same name as him running the RNC. When will people learn.
There’s no way that anybody could have her be in that role, and people not to feel there’s gonna be some type of bias. 🤷♀️
I’m pretty sure it showed bias having a Romney running it for 7 fucking years. We are only swinging the pendulum back the other direction
Agreed. And she won’t be running the RNC. She will be keeping an eye on the goblins with sticky fingers.
Not a good look? Fuck that. It's amazing!
Enjoy the Rees!
Together, the Trump family with Donald as tip of the spear have done extremely well im business. Lara and Eric are close, and Eric and GEOTUS are even closer.
I do imagine Trump doesn’t have a deep list of who he trusts.
Remember when Gaetz and others started talking about Trump for Speaker of the House, and then even Trump himself began making statements that he would be open to that, if it were for the good of the country? The Deep State would accept literally ANYONE else for Speaker if it meant keeping Trump out of that position, so then you get more negotiating leverage for the candidate that you ACTUALLY want.
It’s kind of like selling a car, you advertise a higher price than you’re willing to accept, to leave room for negotiating down to what your ACTUAL price is. The art of the deal. Suggesting Lara Trump may be another example of that well used ploy.
Well put.
No real argument, but it's laughable. Hmm...the candidate is Donald Trump. Lara Trump would have "some type of bias" for the Republican candidate... This is somehow an impropriety? Seems to me, right and proper.
i can't get to excited about Trumps endorsements. too many times they have been let downs.
Does anyone know why Trump endorsed the opponent of the candidate in Montana who was a big backer of Trum? the opponent is a big Romney-ite, RINO, type.
