The Colorado Congresswoman introduced the Build the Wall and Deport Them All Act Friday. The bill codifies many Donald Trump-era policies and might be the perfect contrast to the border policies offered by Biden during his State of the Union address to the nation the night before.
“On day one, the Biden Regime implemented their open-border policies that have destroyed countless American families and made our communities less safe,” Boebert told Breitbart News. “My Build the Wall and Deport Them All Act will codify President Trump’s proven border policies that reduced illegal immigration to record lows.”
Boebert’s bill would end catch-and-release, restart border wall construction, prohibit federal funds for sanctuary cities, expedite the removal of illegal aliens, and restore Trump’s “Remain in Mexico” policy. It would also prohibit the removal of border barriers constructed by states along the border to prevent unlawful crossings and end birthright citizenship.'
…and President Trump can enforce it once he “returns” to power.

I point out that we don't need new laws. And new laws don't solve anything if laws are not enforced.
And we really don’t need a wall. If we just put systems (or enforce the current laws like you said) in place to find and deport illegals and/or heavily punish businesses that knowingly use illegal labor then the problem is solved.
A wall is needed. Not only does it visually set a tone, it is a force multiplier and an important tool for border enforcement efforts.

And the hundreds of thousands of trained/skilled military age Chinese males, not to mention the Iranians, Syrians, etc that invaded out country, are just going to through their hand up and go home.
We are going to have on hell of a fight before this is over with. The speeding train loaded with dynamite is in the station, the brakes are burnt out, and something is on top of the deadmans throttle.
Freedom isn't free, and it might be that We, the People, might need to stand up and fight to defend our homes and communities from the enemy. I am sure President Trump will do everything in his power to repel and deport, but Biden is handing him a broken military, a compromised DOJ, and questionable SCOTUS.
The stage has been set for the enemy to attack us in the same manner as Israel was attacked. Fight in our neighborhoods before any responders can arrive. Hopefully, all of you have considered that possibility, and are ready to do what is needed if that were to happen.
When seconds count, government (including police) help is minutes away. Sometimes hours........

None of this, hey yeah we added a law so that when an illegal specifically does this one specific thing then we can put them in jail and forgot about them until we release them back into American society after everyone forgot about them.
Unfortunately, it will either be dead in the Senate or be dead on arrival at the Resident’s desk.
