It appears to me that Bannon has a much better chance of being heard by the Supreme Court and possibly the full DC Court because of the two issues of active Presidential assertion of Privilege and the separate assertion of following Attorney Advice. Many Biden and Obama advisors may be interested in Bannon's case being overturned.

Expose sleeper assets and resources
Wake up people that have to see it to believe it.
Document the laws that have been broken and collect evidence for future prosecution.
Cross that unique threshold an individual requires to take action.
