To bad We The People (the private owners) were invited in rather than asked to leave by our caretakers responsible for this property. So no trespassing.
You can bet the DOJ will either ignore or drag their feet in releasing the Jan. 6 prisoners. The DOJ will make their lawyers return to court yet again delaying their release, perhaps for years.
How can one trespass on public property? Why so many people believe even the USPS offices are somehow magically private property?
It baffles me. I understand secure areas, but if a person who works for the government invites anyone from the public into any secure area it opens that area up to anyone in the public.
To me the government is panicking and trying to beat its chest still to cause a stop. What does it say in the q post somewhere to the effect -no deals?
Man it takes a long time for this stuff. I liken it a police officer telling a person being arrested—stop resisting and stop impeding the investigation. The government has gone completely bonkers.
can you trespass on public property? Did anyone ask them to leave? Seems the whole thing was very permissive, with police removing barricades and holding doors for people.
Ray Epps: Nancy Bitch: A man filmed urging people to enter the Capitol ahead of the Jan. 6, 2021, riot is preparing to sue Fox News after it repeatedly broadcast a conspiracy theory that he was secretly working as a government agent. Ray Epps, who also called for calm during the attack and never actually entered the Capitol himself, has been at the center of right-wing conspiracies because he has not yet been criminally charged. Some conservative media figures including Tucker Carlson have pushed the idea that the lack of charges is evidence that Epps is being protected by the state. Epps and his wife, Robyn, left their home in Arizona and have lived in hiding after allegedly receiving death threats from people who believe the conspiracy theory. “We informed Fox in March that if they did not issue a formal on-air apology that we would pursue all available avenues to protect the Eppses’ rights,” Michael Teter, a lawyer for Epps, told The New York Times. “That remains our intent.” He said he began preparing a lawsuit after Fox did not reply to his written request for an on-air retraction and apology.

Not to mention, there have been multiple "insurrections" at the Capitol since Jan 6.
Several involved fire, property damage and injury to SS and LEOs. People with flags from OTHER countries pounding at the gates....
NONE of that shit has been addressed. The fuckin ballz on these mf'ers.
Those are fine according to Mao.
Trespassing is a stretch when it is not private property.

^
I was going to say the same thing
The Capitol belongs to the People. We own it.
Also, not sure if it changed, but on Jan 6 2020, the Capitol's own website and physically posted "open to the public" hours were M-F 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Where's the trespass?
Those who overthrew our elections were, and still are, the trespassers.
Are you saying they're 'Squatters'?
Wow. I didn't know their website said that the Capitol was open to public that day. Thanks for posting.
Excellent point.!!!

The DOJ will ask for MORE prison time for the J6 hostages. They stated as much last week.
But will their Co-conspirators give it to them ? Judges are not known for bravery.
How do you trespass on public property? With a police escort
RELEASE THE PATRIOTS NOW!!
They have been in DC hell for FAR too long. It aches every American's heart to see innocent patriots rotting in the gulag everyday.
Trespassing my ass! The police let them in!
How about 'Trading Places'? That would be a good show.
“Trespassing” as escorted and led by “cops”?!
Ok cool

To add if one is trespassing they first MUST be asked to leave.

Let these political prisoners GO! We are no better than a third-world dictatorship.
Not even trespassing when there's videos of security letting folks in, guiding them, and standing bye idle.
That's why all the video was banned off social media within minutes of it happening.
If its owned by We The People how can it be trespassing? Unlawful entry at best
Is the capital building 'Off Limits' when CONgress is in session?
Unsure Not sure they really work anyhow
