Our courts are fucking rigged.
Prosecutor purposely did this so the case would get tossed.
What a joke, sad part is, this won't even humble this stupid fuck. Hes going to be emboldened by this and be an even bigger cock sucker now.
Truth! He will be out flaunting it.
Didja notice that Alec's conservative brother (Stephen) was there in the courtroom sitting in a row behind Alec. When the judge announced her dismissal, Alec began crying and his wife who was seated behind Alec in the same row as Stephen begins crying also. The two stand up and Alec and wife embrace each other, crying and others approach to congratulate them both.
As this is happening, Stephen turns and exits without congratulating either. I found that interesting.
Stephen knows that Alec is the new OJ
Yes, I noticed that also.
Was Stephen wearing some old timey listening horn?
What BS is this?
The kind where they tell the judge "if you want this to stay concealed, dismiss the case."
You nailed it. The Illuminati's Blackmail Division delivered its message.
What a fucking joke
You're right about that, we knew he wouldn't go to jail, it's all rigged.
How much were they paid to conceal the evidence and give the court a reason to let him off?
I'm thinking the same thing.
This whole thing stunk from the get go
Yes it did!
All President Trump’s trials and J6 trials had prosecution hiding and withholding and destroying evidence…
But didn't do this in the armorer case ?
The young female armorer was found guilty and sentenced already, I think. I don't know whether this could exculpate her or not.
See: https://www.nytimes.com/2024/03/06/arts/rust-armorer-convicted-alec-baldwin-shooting.html
It won’t, the evidence was live ammo from seemingly the same source as the live ammo found on the set of rust, and this batch of ammo traces back to the armorer and her father. It would be great evidence AGAINST her, but she was convicted without it.
Against Baldwin however, this new evidence is completely pointless. No one was ever claiming that he supplied the ammo, brought it onto set, loaded it into the gun, or even failed to identify it before rehearsing the scene (because he didn’t even check). The prosecution’s narrative of events is that Baldwin pointed a real gun at a person, cocked the hammer, and pulled the trigger, which resulted in the death of one person and wounding of another. That he knew it was a real gun, blank rounds were on the set, and that blank rounds can, and have, injured and killed people.
Finding the source of the ammo does not prove that Baldwin did not point and fire the gun, so the evidence is not exculpatory in regard to the actual charges against him. The defense could theoretically used the evidence to impeach the testimony of another witness, but who they would impeach or how that would be relavent to Baldwin and his charges, I have no clue.
Edit: here’s a link to self defense attorney Andrew Branca discussing the dismissal, it’s 43 minutes but starts right away https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=EYNRR3wr3BY
Alec was clearly recklessly negligent and this dismissal was based on a technicality.
Refer to him as killer from this point onward. He might not be “murderer”, I think he murdered her based on what that lady was investigating, but he killed a woman. It’s not slander or libel to call him a killer. He is a killer.
It’s one big club…
... and we aren't in it
Thank God.
I was on a film set a few weeks ago and the Weapons Master handed rubber guns to a few Extras playing cops. He said, "don't take them out, if take them out, you'll be wrapped. I know they are made of rubber but it doesn't matter". Looks like things are a lot more serious possibly due to that accident on set..
Isn't that routine? I mean, rubber guns are cheap and look very realistic on film, but as soon as they are picked up or bandied about, most viewers will sense something's off. Not as bad as rubber swords, but they use those too.
Not from my 25 years experience. They are hard rubber. Not easy to tell the difference. If I thought it was routine. I wouldn't have thought it worth mentioning. Interesting enough, I've worked on a film set the Alec Baldwin. He could be intimidating at times. He even fired a set photographer because he was getting in his eye line. It was on the set of Nuremberg shot back in 1999. Personally, I think the man is a good Actor.
Fair enough.
That's the truth!
Baldwin's check must have cleared.
My understanding is it doesn't matter if the evidence that was withheld would have helped Alec Baldwin or help the defense. I think the judge followed the law and made the right decision. I think they have withheld evidence in Trump's trials and J 6 this will boomerang.
I guess his storming out in a huff the other day "paid" off.
I watched a little further into that clip and he returned after the break with a large box of documents and some assistants.
The “sell-out operatives” insurance policy is second to none; they take care of their investments/creations!
He may have been safer behind bars...
He's an actor. Let's not forget the next role for the director that took the bullet from baldwin. She had a keen interest in a child trafficking documentary from what I have read. All too convenient.
That's what I said when I saw his reaction, he's an actor, he most likely knew what was coming.
