First an EO doesn't override a US Constitutional Amendment. It takes 3/4ths of the States to do that. Second, she needs to be reminded that trying to take our weapons is what got the British's asses whipped during the Revolutionary War. A bunch of farmers beat the shit out of the baddest army on earth along with their Hessian mercenaries. The difference is that the British could get on ships and run away. Our right to bear arms and defend ourselves comes form our Creator, not the Constitution. The 2nd amendment is a prohibition against government infringement of that preexisting right.
