They also say “Americans” meaning anyone on American soil, as opposed to “Citizen” meaning American Citizen. Example: “We want free Obamacare for all Americans.”
Words matter.
Americans means North, Central, and South America. We allowed it to be used for just USA people, but that's also inaccurate. Now perhaps it's used for anyone standing on any part of the continents...
So I suppose the ballots will be in multiple languages now so they can follow the instructions ... would not surprise me if they have translators on hand.
