Sounds like the story in Maui the water was shut off, no public sirens alerts and out of town roads block by police and most of all Maui chief of police was the chief in Las Vegas hotel shootings , move on folks nothing to see here
Similar thing happened in Conroe and Kingwood Texas. They opened the flood gates on lake Conroe during hurricane Harvey and flooded the town of kingwood. Fortunately the flooding was not like this. But water started rising into people’s homes in the middle of the night, obviously not good. There was a huge lawsuit.
For the sake of argument, what about the historic flood of 1916 that was nearly the same destructive significance of the 2024 flooding? Were talking appx one foot lower recordings on several old buildings give or take a couple inches.
Was that event planned? Was weather manipulated in 1916? Many anons are letting emotion override logic when it comes to many of the Helene theories. I'm not saying there wasn't fuckery afoot but sometimes a natural disaster is just that, natural... or possibly divine.

Why does this sound like Gavin’s pre-prep and later responses to all the California fires, especially after Paradise, Ca. and then two years later Greenville, Ca burned to the ground? Why does this sound like the pre-issues and then government response when Oroville Dam nearly broke due to improper flood prep?

I live in a disaster area in GA from Helene. It's the most traumatic, devastating Natual event I've ever been through! Or not natural. Whatever. We still have people 20 days later stuck in their houses. Who can't get out. Nothing like wnc of course. But for a small community... I was without power 15 days. Sooo many still don't have power. It's awful.
The New Orleans levees were shite because the contractors would not use the entire amount of money they were given to build thick, solid levees.
Instead, they would use the minimum amount possible to build thinner concrete levels covered with earth. And, of course, pocket the rest of the money.
The "explosions" heard at the height of the storm were the too-thin concrete levees breaking under the force of the rising water. There was no need to dynamite them. They were so poorly built that they simply snapped and broke when the water got high enough.

And they tried to block people from flying drones in to see what happened. They didn't want the open dam to be acknowledged
