I think you are right that someone's failure to engage with people on his team who are eager to learn from the only expert in town on a subject is a red flag. Similar to hair trigger blocking on X from like minded individuals is a red flag. Not a disqualifier, but a red flag.
My intuitive hunch (and that's all it is) is that Racine may very well be a corrupt place with some skeletons in the closet, but not the hub and origin of the cabal and all Earth's evil. It doesn't seem likely Trump would be able to win Wisconsin twice if it were that powerful. Even symbolically, they would have had to prevent him from winning the state.
