OMG. I feel like such an idiot. When the President first said that they were eating cats and dogs, I assumed they were butchering them and then cooking them.
It never occurred to me they would be out on the streets chomping on the pets raw! Both are conceptually horrible, but the thought of some woman chewing through fur with blood dripping from her mouth is fubar.
