I have looked at where we are at in the timeline in an attempt to inform myself what may be going on with the drones.
Trump has won reelection. He has nominated a cabinet that will eliminate the deep state ( global death cult puppets). He will stop needless wars and therefore the funding attached which is laundered and used to enslave humanity. He will also end much of the foreign aid, another slush fund put towards our enslavement. He will expose the op in Ukraine, bringing light to the sex, children and organ trafficking. He will arrest the reprobates, the traitors and those hedonists and narcissists with loose morals that are making bank off others suffering. He will Make America Great Again.
In other words he will shut down their cash cows, expose those responsible for the bulk of human suffering (including state actors) and reform the world geopolitical order so that it aligns for the benefit of all humans and not just to fill evils greedy pockets and continue their satanic rituals.
All this scares the shit out of evil.
And Trumps momentum is building as humanity wakes up and the left that also shudder at the actions of the reprobates, rush to support him (understand that not all on the left condone the trafficking and human sacrifice).
The satanic pedophile death cult is being herded into an ever shrinking corner. They are left with few options. This is truly existential.
So what are the options left to them? Lash out and as Sun Tzu said burn it down so that they may rule over the ashes.
With these musings in mind, it has been my rather strong suspicion from the outset that these are sniffer drones looking for the death cults final play, something akin to the Samson Option.

I think they are spraying something what is I don't know. some people think to kill mosquitoes carrying the X virus.
