I've been having issues since the early 2000s but its gotten way worse.
I started with gallbladder irritation under my right ribs, then IBS and had numerous more issues when I moved to the US.
It seemed ok while in the Army but the last few years issues got worse.
Now my gallbladder is severely irritated with stones and the like, I'm extremely bloated with my weight fluxuating.
Basically from my throat with GERD all the way down with what feels like hemeroids.
I turned 43 in late November and i'm male, anyone knowledgeable have some pointers? With all the GI cancers going around i'm quite nervous.
Heavenly Father, Let us pray for our friend u/Ground_zero_7777 to heal him from his gastric problems. Touch him Lord and relieve him of this pain. Help him to lose weight and get his diet right. Show him the foods he should eat and those he should not. We pray Lord for the relief of all his problems and for you to bless him as he has fought hard for our country. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Savior. Thank you Lord. Amen.
Praise God that the first thing you started with ( rightfully so ) was prayer ! May God continuously bless you with His love and the power of the blood of Jesus !
Amen. And I thank you for being in agreement. And may you and your family have a much blessed Christmas sharing the love of our Lord and Savior with others. God bless you.
Detox. Fasting. Lose weight. Cutout the sugars and processes food. Limit pharmy drugs.
Walk, swim, bike, etc.
Sounds like you need to take drastic action.
I second this. I went through some emotional turmoil in early 2023 and lost almost 60 lbs in 3 months. Lost my desire for sugar and snacks completely, no longer had to take Prilosec daily, slept better... it's been amazing.
Take tudca for immediate relief.
GERD is when you have too much bilirubin in your system and it leaks out of your liver/galbladder into the digestive tract. The cure is a stone flush. Someone has already suggested doing a stone flush and linked to a book to buy. No need to buy a book.
Natural health practitioners recommend doing this once a year, but you can do it as often as every other month if you feel like you have a lot of bilirubin build up. Here are the directions:
Eat a zero fat breakfast and lunch. Stop eating and drinking at 2:00 pm. At 6:00 pm, drink a Tablespoon of epsom salt dissolved in 3/4 cup of water. Do this again at 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm. At 10:00 pm, drink 1/2 cup grapefruit juice mixed with 1/2 cup olive oil. Go straight to bed. The next morning, if you wake up at 6:00 or later, drink a Tablespoon of epsom salt dissolved in 3/4 cup of water. If you wake up before 6:00 am, wait until 6:00 to drink the concoction. Do another round of epsom salt 2 hours after the first dose. 2 hours after that, eat a high fat food (ie avocados, olives, ice cream, cheesecake, etc) to trigger your body to release bile. The stones will start coming out in the morning. When stones pass, it is obvious as they are bright green and float.
Good luck! I hope it works!
Slippery elm is a God send for GERD and heartburn. Take it on an empty stomach. It lines the gut and has healing properties. It is one of the ingredients in Essiac tea used for cancer healing.
Florida Sharkman Protocol B. You can buy the fenben and Berberine on Amazon. The Ivermectin and Doxycycline you can buy overseas for pennies. It works. It should only take a month.

For the GERD-buy a 5 inch foam wedge for your bed to put between the mattresses. Yes, it takes some getting used to as you will have a tendency to drift down toward the foot of the bed, but believe me IT WORKS, without pills or any surgery.
All the diet crap that tells you to eat this or don't eat that is BS.
I have a reclining bed so that may help.
So much information.
I saved this page to refer back to,
Thank you so much for the advise and prayers.
I listen to this guy regularly, and he has not steered me wrong. Listen to his video on gerd. I think getting your stomach ph right will also relieve some of the other problems you are having. Health starts in the gut.

Do not do a flush, I had to take someone to the er after she did a flush because a stone got stuck in a duct and she ended up in surgery. May be rare, but it's unnecessary to risk it. Look up the herb chanca piedra and immediately cut refined sugar and starch from your diet.
What have you tried so far? What’s your diet? Did you test for anything like candida? Do you take probiotics? Did you take antibiotics or anything that would change your digestion? Need more info.
Magnesium helped break up some gallstones, I'll need to find something with probiotics, any suggestions? Have not been tested for candida but definitely one of my suspicions, my gallbladder flares up with eating bread products...
Also they found precancerous lesions in my throat from GERD.
Definitely stop eating bread and starches. I recommend full carnivore. It's quite a big switch, and it may be difficult to change quickly, but it will help tremendously. Don't forget to hydrate as you switch.
Second this. 13 months for me. Don’t even fart anymore. Body recomposition is another plus. I got abs. People are healing type 2 diabetes, all kinds of gut issues headaches and even depression(see Jordon and Michaela Peterson)
This is a short or Dr Paul Mason showing results on gut issues from cutting carbs and fiber.

Hmmm don't mind if I do!
My gut got ruined once by antibiotics and kefir got it working again really quickly. All it takes is getting some kefir grains (from a friend or on-line) and milk, and it is the best probiotic I know of. You can also enable your thyroid gland to produce high quality T4 and T3 by supplementing with iodine and selenium. The thyroid hormones are made from iodine, selenium is used by the thyroid to regulate the production. Without supplementation of these things it is likely that the iodine receptors in your thyroid can't scavenge enough iodine so they grab onto anything close and fill up with other members of the halide family like flouride, bromide, etc. which directly reduces production and high quality T4 and T3 output. These hormones are required for the body to maintain homeostasis and healthy cells. This may resolve several of the listed issues.
editing to add a thought. You can get your iodine eating beefsteaks, and your selenium from brazil nuts if that is preferred to using supplements..
My thyroid is indeed not functioning properly, I take synthroid (I know, bad and ruined my teeth). I have possibly been exposed to radioactive particles in the service. I really need to find a good iodine supplement but thank you so much for the lead!
ETA: Also took antibiotics for my teeth infections.
Mary Ruth's Organic is what I take. It has helped with a lot of issues and I take 1-2 drops a day. A bottle lasted me almost a year.
Where do you live? Find a good alternative, holistic doctor that does chelation. That will take care of the heavy metals you probably picked up in the military the same as I did. Also get some UV blood treatments with ozone. Will help with a bunch of things! (Got rid of my migraines for one.)
I live in Oklahoma.
Check out: https://okement.com/ozone-light-therapy.php -or- https://newlifemedicine.com/ozone-therapy
If not close to you try alternative-holistic doctors that offer UV blood or UVI therapy. You may be able to find something close. Just know that insurance will not cover any thing. Plain UVB/UVI is cheaper than with ozone, but the ozone packs a bigger punch.
Definitely, use the reclining bed and put the head up 5 to 7 inches, no higher. It doesn't take much to get relief from GERD.
Get the hell off of Synthroid. The alternative/holistic doctor can prescribe natural dedicated thyroid or if you have a compounding pharmacy they can make it for you. Again, insurance won't cover it, probably because it works and doesn't slowly kill you like Synthroid does.
Lugol’s iodine is what I use. I’m hypothyroid too. I suspect fluoride in my drinking water was what did it. Now on good well water
More and more research indicates that cancer is actually parasites. After you do your stone flush to conquer your GERD, try an anti parasitical drug, Remember that parasites lay eggs, and while the initial round may kill the living parasites, you'll have to do several rounds to make sure you get the hatchlings. There could be a connection with having a parasitical infection and making too much bilirubin.
Fenben. Ivermectin.
Hey brother, you can try kombucha and even make your own for very cheap. Buy some at the store and make sure it's real and use a cup of it for starters. Find a nice big jar - I use a big pickle jar (the gallon one).
Here's how I do it because you don't want the heat to kill the bacteria:
Brew 6 bags of black tea in a quart mason jar
1 cup of sugar or honey with hot water in another quart mason jar
Dump both into a stock pot and fill with filtered water up to 4 quarts.
Pour all into jar and let sit until around 89-84 degrees (or cooler) add in 1 cup of starter from the store
Cover with coffee filter and secure and leave until SCOBI is ~ 1/2inches thick (approx 4wks).
Now do the same thing again but this time for the starter use what you just made and transfer the SCOBI into the new jar or dump what you made out and use the same jar. Then wait around 2-3 weeks and bottle and drink.
Make sure not to use any wooden utensils when stirring or pulling out the SCOBI as it can cause contamination.
If bloated and having stomach rumbling, my doc said Simethicone, otherwise known as gas-x. I bought equate simethicone in Walmart for 4 bucks. They have softgels or chewable tablets. Also drink ginger tea or peppermint tea.
Research GAPS diet. Premise is to repair and rebuild digestive system
Good morning Ground Zero. I too used to have severe digestive issues and acid reflux. Eat two green bananas ( regular banana not ripe yet) a day. Also make chia drink once or twice a day. 2 heaping tablespoons in a cup, add boiling water and let soak for 4 minutes. Squeeze half a lemon in, honey to taste, stir and drink. Been life changing for me.
The Amazing Liver & Gallbladder Flush
I have the same issues with the pain in the gallbladder/bile duct blockage so I understand what you’re going through fren. When this starts to happen I put a tsp worth of turpentine (not to be confused with the shit you buy at the Home Depot 😂) in a regular spoon called a tablespoon, then fill the spoon with castor oil. It is the most vile tasting concoction I’ve ever tasted but it works. The rest of time I put castor oil on my gallbladder/liver area because that is where all my trouble begins with everything. Castor oil is heaven sent for just about everything. But yeah, I can’t handle those liver flush routines they are so intense. And, to boot, turpentine (100% gum spirits) will dissolve gallstones over time. That was an amazing discovery for me. Look up the name Sunfruit Dan he is well versed in these turpentine protocols. Whatever you do don’t have your gallbladder removed these things can be fixed without removing body parts
When I suddenly developed a severe case of IBS years ago, I used huge doses of probiotics and gut healing liquid (don't remember the name, from Dr. Axe I believe), as well as l-glutamine dissolved in water 1 heaping tsp 2xday. Cut out dairy and gluten. This worked in a fairly short time frame.
Have you consulted a GI doctor?
Yes, I need an MRCP to confirm my bileduct issue.
I want a colonoscopy done for my peace of mind too.
