Infringed upon individuals sue the state for civil rights violation under cover of law. State agents are named in the suits and lose qualified immunity and become personally liable for the resulting judgements.
The tort actions become class-action and the judgements become monumental.
In short, the state, its agencies and agents get beaten with the money club and…. bend the knee.

Three days in, we get a bill seeking to amend the constitution so that Trump can serve a third term. This would block any attempts to abort this term, when the 2020 election fraud is accepted and Trump is recognized as the winner of the 2020 election.
Another significant move, just three days in, to ensure an armed citizenry. We know we are up against a Deep State that does not want to relinquish control, and will do anything to maintain power. What better way to easily increase an armed civilian militia than to remove barriers for citizens to bear arms.
