Ive been sick this past week for the first time in at least 10 years. But its allowed me to use it as an excuse to watch 24/7 all the festivities since last Sunday. Best Ive ever felt for being sick.

I completely agree with this. I have been down the last couple of days myself. Sometimes it's just the body's way of saying "ok, since you won't slow down, I will make you slow down."
I have a friend that is always active and at full tilt. Every once in a while, she gets feeling sick for a few days. I let her go for a day before reminding her to take her zinc and Ivermectin, she always gets better after a few hours.
I’m 💯 on board with that mindset too! The body wants to be in balance, and the God-loving beauty of our bodies is how it knows when we are a bit out of balance, and it also knows how to get us back in balance. In the past, I used to say someone “got sick”. Now, I’m saying that same someone isn’t sick, but is “getting back to healthy faster”.
