no way would i go back unless everyone responsible for forcing troops to get the jab and the ones who forced or dismissed those that didn't comply are gone.. take the trash out from the top down, otherwise justice was not served to our troops...
As a retired active duty guy and hired on as a DOD (Navy) civilian employee (GS-13), I witnessed a lot of good honest hard working civilian folk be forced out for "non-compliance" with the Biden/Fauci Covid mandates. I had enough time in and knew I was in that group so I elected to retire and draw an early pension. Others weren't so fortunate.. so I'm hoping this will be applied to those who were let go.
Reinstating if they want. This makes it sound like it's mandatory. I would sure hope not. The vast majority of them have moved on with their lives. To force them to come back would be criminal.
Hopefully they will consider the NG soldiers who were told to not come back, then after the mandate was lifted they told those soldiers they had to come back that they were only put on unpaid leave. Then took them with their units for a year deployment to the border.
Not to be negative, but if only 8,000 total service members refused the clot-shot that is truly depressing. There's gotta be more information regarding those numbers. 8,000 seems paltry no?
Yikes, nearly half a million for the Army alone (includes reservists best I can surmise). Not very encouraging dissent rate u/Bibloop if you ask this frog. It's an older article, could be inflated with some puffed up stats under the previous admin.... but still, damn!
I remember seeing a video of a bunch of servicemen ganging up on one man that refused the vax. It was an ugly scene. I hope the people in the chain of command who approved of and ordered those below to force anyone who resisted into complying be given some sort of punishment with the worst reserved for those at the top down to letters of reprimand to those at the bottom.
No, they should be charged with attempted murder. They may have killed that man, even if he is not yet dead. Forcing the vaccine is attempted murder, as far as I am concerned.
They deserve those fat checks and better positions if/when they return. They showed courage, principle, and conviction which are in short supply nowadays. Great attributes for anyone.
Put them in DOGE or some other position to help clean out the filth that committed the crimes against them. Poetic justice.
Could this be considered the closest thing to a resurrection we can witness in these soldiers?
They were staged to be murdered by the enemy and they refused. The military mocked, beat, tormented them and killed them to the military.
These people have a benefit that others do not have that have fallen for this Nation. , A chance to be resurrected with more wisdom (and possibly a few more pounds of weight) than before.
We can not resurrect those who have sacrificed their lives for our Country but these are the closest thing I have seen to being able to. To rebuke evil as we need, we will need soldiers who are resolved.
My opinion. Hope I make sense because I see it at awesomeness
i wonder if the back pay is contingent on them accepting rejoining the military?
also these peoples lives got destroyed.... its highly likely that some of them are extremely out of shape at this point
That's a nice fat check for a whole lot of people that deserve it. He should push every one of them up a pay grade as well.
Agreed!
Yep, they need promotions for being REAL PATRIOTS and having a brain
Agreed, because in four years time they would very likely be the next grade up. Screw the brainwashed enforcers who pushed them out.
Awesome! Now how about some help for the private sector folks fired for refusing the vaccine? Hope POTUS helps them soon too.
I don't think that's part of the plan. We're just extras in the movie.
no way would i go back unless everyone responsible for forcing troops to get the jab and the ones who forced or dismissed those that didn't comply are gone.. take the trash out from the top down, otherwise justice was not served to our troops...
Some of them only need a few years to qualify for retirement.....
without accountability it will just happen again
Is there an avenue to report such people to get them removed?
I also wonder what his position will be for the DOD civilian employees who also refused to get vaxxed and were released as well?
Hopefully the same..

God Bless your Service wolfe! 🫡
Tanx!!
Hopefully made 1st in line for promotions too😀.
Sounds like a whole new division.
Let's call it "The Pure Bloods".
Pure bloods indeed. But if you have critical thinking skills and will refuse obviously bad orders you should be considered part of an elite force.
LOVE IT !

It doesn't sound like it is mandatory. ?

This is a several million dollar expenditure that I fully agree with. Badass, Trump!
Let's hope he takes the opportunity to have RFK Jr. explain to the nation in a press conference why this was exactly the right thing to do.
Well over a billion $ and 100% worth it
Hopefully they will consider the NG soldiers who were told to not come back, then after the mandate was lifted they told those soldiers they had to come back that they were only put on unpaid leave. Then took them with their units for a year deployment to the border.

Only 8000 refused the jab while the rest comply, or only 8000 were discharged among the many who refused the jab?
This was my line of questioning too.
Not to be negative, but if only 8,000 total service members refused the clot-shot that is truly depressing. There's gotta be more information regarding those numbers. 8,000 seems paltry no?
EDIT: Found this Army.mil article on the subject

Yes! I saw that too...made me ashamed! They should be Court Marshalled

Truth!
I wonder how many will return.
Me, too!
Which I could re-enlist but I'm too old with an RE4 on my DD-214.
I'm glad they were able to get back in!
God Bless your Service! 🫡
Thank you! It was my honor.
🇺🇲🫡
I just wish it was over 9000 so I could use the meme, but this is still great!
THIS IS GREAT! REALLY GREAT!
God bless those who chose to return. Raise their ranks and out them in charge. They were smart enough and brave enough to stand their ground.
Absolutely!
This is yuugge....so happy he is doing this. These soldiers are true patriots for holding the line from the get go.

So....war with Iran?
The best of the best
Added!

Very nice.
