Obama was up there too, has to be said even though I obviously didn't agree with much of what he said. Trump is very good but Vance is absolutely elite in this area.
Have to disagree about Obama. He was a lousy orator. He had multiple dysfluencies, especially when he wandered away from the teleprompter. Used to start in with that fake Southern accent and it was all over for me.
Obama was a stuttering fool without the teleprompter. He sounded competent only with prepared remarks.
