Putin is explicitly making it the Ukrainian government's responsibility to decide the Kursk soldiers' fate.
He wants it to be on Zelenskyy if the Russians have to kill them all (incl. foreign mercs I suppose)
That's what I meant...Zelensky will hopefully agree.

WWII ended with the unconditional surrender of Germany on May 8, 1945
The Nuremburg trials started November 20, 1945.
A ceasefire/surrender most certainly does not mean all is forgiven or that these people will not face justice eventually.
The nazis were spared. Not the German soldiers. It was always about killing off the German population.
The red cross and catholic church created fake passports and set up "rat lines" (covert secret paths out of Europe, mostly to argentina) to fleeing nazis.
Today, the red cross is offering maps to Migrants on how to invade the US. And once inside, the catholic charities place the illegals all over the country.
Not much has changed, has it?
Most of them fled to this continent. US, Canada (the entire galician SS division went there---those are the 'ukrainians' that are now canadians), Brazil & Argentina.
I mean, we even had some of them run our rocket program.

IMO trump is asking for this clemency because of embedded foreign mercenaries.
I dont blame him Everyone k ows Zelinsky is delaying and will try lobbing rockets at Isreal and blame Russia before he actually accepts a peace deal.
