A Democrat federal judge made it illegal for Republicans to be poll watchers since the 80’s. Democrats have been renewing the injunction every 5 years. This only ended in 2020

“Something else people don't know is that start in the mid-1980s, there was a federal district court judge in New Jersey, who entered a consent decree that Republicans could not be poll watchers. So from mid-80’s until 2020, Republicans were not allowed to be poll watchers on these national elections.
And what happened was that judge eventually died and the Democrats, the DNC, they had to go get that injunction renewed every 5-8 years, something along those lines.
And when that judge died, he was replaced by an Obama judge, and they went back to that judge and they said, we want this consent decree in place making so Republicans cannot be poll watchers and cannot be a part of this process.
And he said, what in the heck are you talking about? This is absolutely so unconstitutional. And he refused to renew that consent decree. He refused to renew that injunction.
So 2020 was one of the first years that we had professional Republican poll watchers in these elections to see what was going on in Atlanta, in Detroit, in Milwaukee, in, you know, in in Philadelphia. It was the first time we were able to really see what was going on in these polling places.
What that tells me is that probably a lot of these shenanigans were been going on for a long, long time, but there were no Republicans there to report on it.”

Iirc, it started because some republicans had been caught cheating, so dems demanded they have to stay out of it because they couldn't be trusted. That was the story anyway. Obviously they took it and went into even more corruption.
Well then how were we able to win at all from the 80s to 2020? And if it stopped it 2020 how did we still lose?

They probably used the Uniparty model, slipped in RINO aholes like Krispy Kreme they could control and did so to prevent people from looking too deeply into why Republicans never win.
Now that USAID NGO phuckery has come to light, I hope we're able to peel back the curtain and show everyone just how corrupt it all is...

I'm surprised not only that the Obama judge had morals but also stood by them, and even more so that he is still alive.

This revelation basically means that every election since 1984 is invalid as well as all laws passed since the 1986 midterm election.
Clinton was possibly the only democrat president that was actually elected in many decades. And that was because of Ross Perot splitting the conservative vote.
In the past, many Republicans just thought that there were too many easily manipulated voters. But as the democrat party moved further left, the cheating got bigger and bigger. Over the past few elections the cheating has increased by about 5% per election.
I think that honor goes to Jimmy Carter. In 1976, Americans were looking for an outsider (at least a majority of them) to run the country. On the surface, we had a peanut farmer from Plains, GA that was the current Governor of Georgia vs a career politician that served in the US House from Michigan and was serving the final months of Richard Nixon's second term.

The judges have been running wild and unchecked for years! I guess that’s why it’s front and center right now that they do not have the right to change constitutional laws and definitely cannot place a ruling on the President. Blows my mind how rotten our system is. They damn near had us cornered. That’s why Patriots don’t blink an eye when illegals get the boot, government employees loose their jobs, when foreign countries/leaders complain about DJT, etc. We don’t care. The floor of the house is rotten and it all has to go so we don’t have time to f around with feelings. We’re moving forward so “lead, follow or get out of the way”.
Why didn't the NJ republican party or even an outraged citizen take this to court? This needs a lot of 'splaining, Ricky.

You can do any corrupt thing to a sleepy, ungodly people. Evil never sleeps. That's why it must be dealt with brutally when found. Appeasement only makes it grow.

Consent decrees should be illegal.
