As it relates to the earths electrical field has anyone tried those new "grounding sheets" that are supposed to help you sleep better and improve ones health? If so any feedback would be appreciated.
I have wanted to but not pulled the trigger yet. It’s funny, though, I have no doubt grounding itself works. When I was in law school and super-stressed, that is when I got into gardening. Never felt better than after getting all muddy playing in that dirt. Now I know why.
I am very curious about those too.
My husband and I just took the grounding sheet off our mattress. We so wanted it to work, but after 6 months, we both had to admit that we didn’t notice any difference.
We got the sheets to substitute our walking barefoot in the grass for 30 min each evening. We are looking forward to starting that up again with the weather turning nice. Some things that we noticed were better sleep, reduced joint pain, better digestion, lower blood pressure (by 10 to 15 points), and disappearing varicose veins. And, it was free!
Daughter bought them. Couldn’t tell a difference. But walking barefoot is nice and calming.

No, I have just mentioned one item. The pastor named his daughter after a Babylonian demon, Lilith, who is now gender neutral, he quotes from the talmud and mangles scripture up badly to suit himself and never talks to any of the congregation, leaving that up to the leadership team. He runs away whenever anyone tries to talk to him.

Tell her to research anti viral herbs. I find more on YouTube (filter through the mom blogs & you will find certified herbalist or naturopath, etc) than searching online. I’ll post some search engines that might be non filtered results. I’ve had an itching hives skin condition about fifty years and have to take Attarax to control it. Its dermagraphism came from scabies. A few years ago I started taking st John’s wort tincture. After about six months I didn’t need the Attarax. I stopped if for a while when I needed surgery & the itching, hives & nerve pain came back. It also prevents me from getting fever blisters and sun poisoning. If I run across something helpful I’ll share. People have shared here what to take if you got the vax.

cool you found an herb that helps, I just did an AI search on St. Johns W. side effects, it’s a mild herb and induces P450 enzymes that can reduce effectiveness of some medications.
Serious side effects are rare, common side effects include photosensitivity (sunburn risk), but hey, if your hives and nerve pain are better, and your’e careful in the sun, then it seems good overall.
I’m one of a few that aren’t bothered by photosensitivity. It’s over 300 prescriptions that interact with RX. I asked my doctor could I take it with Estrogen. She seems like she knows a little about herbs. She said she has many patients taking herbs with estrogen and it should not have interactions. It does interact with birth control.

Went to a Walmart in India yesterday. India is now in Canada. All the Walmart staff are Indians and some barely have a grasp of English. People need to contact Walmart and tell them to stop the replacement agenda. It's such a slap in the face to the people who kept them operating all these Decades.
