Everyone seems to have a different idea of what Treason is. Almost all of them are wrong (legally). Nearly everything anons on this board say is treason is actually sedition. Here's a good explanation from Grok:

Note - General Milley could be guilty of treason under the "giving aid and comfort to the enemy" for his promise to notify China if Trump was going to attack or nuke them during his 1st term. Letting them know of an impending attack would fit that charge like a glove.
The Trump administration needs to challenge the Biden AutoPen pardons and take care of unfinished business - for a lot of people. I would go after Milley for treason first to set the bar high and make the rest of them piss their pants. Then Fauci, Brennan, Clapper, Schiff, the rest of the J6 committee, and all of the Biden family pardons. Don't forget to charge Joe for letting everyone else operate the pen, and then charge the people running the country - Blinken, Powers, Jill, Obama, and the rest of them. Many of them could be charged with Treason as well, for trying to overthrow the government via a coup, and likely succeeding by stealing the 2020 election. Fauci doesn't need Treason or Sedition charges. 18.2 million murder charges should suffice.
