Whether that was cover for something else. As quite a few places keep intelligence personnel on staff at Embassies under innocuous sounding titles. So it stands to reason Israel wouldn’t depart from that rule of thumb. Or whether they were legitimately embassy/diplomatic staff. I couldn’t rightly say.
