NCLEX-RN aka The National Council Licensure Examination (CLEX) for Registered Nurses (RN)
Early in 1903, the concept of registered nurse was introduced in the United States
The Flexner Report is a book-length landmark report of medical education in the United States and Canada, written by Abraham Flexner and published in 1910 under the aegis of the Carnegie Foundation.
The first college-level nursing program was established in 1920 at the Peking Union Medical College with funding from the Rockefeller Foundation
"Reforming Medicine...One of the GEB’s most impactful accomplishments was the reform of medical education in the United States. The charge was led by Abraham Flexner, Secretary of the GEB, who had completed a comprehensive evaluation of existing medical programs in 1910."
Visual indictors scream fake and as somebody who has spent time in similar books I can say the language pattern and the words used scream fake. Unless somebody can provide some kind of sauce, I'm moving on.
Well sh!t. I do stand corrected. It all seemed pretty off to me, but yet, there it is. Wow. Thanks for pointing it out fren. I still say it seems like it would be fake. I'm actually a little taken aback that it's real.
I guess RN books are different than paramedic books kek
Dont let your kids out of your sight! They gave my first born shots without permission in CA. My 2nd child everyone respected our wishes and were understanding in AZ.
My own damn family all lined up for any type of vaccines including Covid b4 it even came out. I left and went to a southern state. I have never been happier because all the neighbors and friends here are against the vaccines. People here are just damn smart.
I would call that criminal behavior: assault. Be careful of the blanket permission signed upon arrival. I would have your lawyer prepare a consent form addendum that refuses any vaccination in hospital, and only to be given in your pediatrician’s office.

I think RFK is right though. We shouldn't be black and white on vaccines. They aren't all bad or all good
But we need to reevaluate. The diseases are le prevalent now, which makes the benefit of vaccines far less.
And we need to be humble and understand we don't fully understand vaccines. They may have far more side effects than we know and they haven't been studied specifically to find all these side effects. Which is what RFK is trying to do now. More information is better.
But I think people should have more choice and not be denied access to public places or schools based on immunization status. And immunization status should include natural immunity.
Also the immigration system is dumb with vaccines. You can visit or come on work visa without checking immunization status. But when you apply for a green card they make you show your status and get up to date. It really makes no sense if it's supposed to stop spread of disease.
Starve the system by birthing at home or a birthing center and find a FAMILY Doctor, not a Pediatrician. Ours supports vaccine freedom and praises us each time we say “no thank you”. Our child has received zero “extras” including the eye cream and VK shot they try to push at birth. Some of the easiest and best decisions we’ve made for our child.
The nurse's ONLY and most important job is to ensure the Drs all do as they're instructed...by the RNs and ARNPs.
I don't know one Dr who won't consult with his floor nurse before administering any tests, prescribing meds, etc. It's the floor nurse (mgmt) that can and WILL override what a Dr decides. And they justify it by saying that it's the nursing corps who actually deals with the day-day ops of any med facility.
I wonder if some areas are more forceful than others about it.
My children (all post 2008) we were never pressured at hospitals to do the vaccinations. We simply told them what we did & did not allow & would follow up with spaced out vaccinations with the pediatrician later on.
This was before I had researched them all as much as I have now.
Utah also makes it fairly easy for parents to opt out, they simply need to sit through a video that is filled with misinformation, but those who are watching it are likely to spot the misinformation anyway.
It probably differs on how libersl or conservative the state is. Not taking any chances, especially if I were to live in NY or Cali. Half the nurses have purple hair there.
As a Nurse Practitioner, I will say this is and has always been taught. This is not to say they are teaching to give the vaccines behind a parents back - parents are still required to sign consents. Historically, this exact scenario has applied to people of lower socioeconomic status who don't have access to healthcare clinics or ways to get to the clinics consistently.
The context is a broader lesson to nurses that the vaccines are proven safe and effective when given more than one at a time. It's a common question since there are so many of them on the vaccine schedule. If you've got a patient who struggles to get access to transport or who struggles to pay for the doctor visit or even get time off of work for the well-baby checks, etc, whatever the reason - can you give more than one at a time? Yes.
It's also why there are a large number of products now that condense several vaccine antigens into a single injection. It's done for the same reason. To get the child's immune system exposed to the antigen so it can build antibodies. The goal is disease prevention and public health and the data on these products is supported by years, if not decades, of clinical experience with most of these vaccines.
Nothing here is done "slyly." Nothing here is new. This has been taught for literally decades. Of course the modern activist class weaponizes it. See the OP's bullshit post, and the pro-vax zealots who'd happily chain the kid down and turn them into a pin cushion and toss the parents in jail if they didn't cheerlead the process. Either way, there's an actual reason why this bullet point appears on the nursing licensure exam.
Damn good find, exactly as you stated.
Confirmed it's in the 6th edition as well.
Edit, info on her:

Should we post on X asking the university if they support this ?

Absolutely !

So factual you could literally write a bibliography for it. Amazing!
Oh. Thank you so much. I didn't know it's real. It looks real. Thanks for the link.
The whole corrupt system needs to be burned to the ground
True. I agree. I am already not there in their systems.
Type paragraph 3 into a search bar. See what that produces.
I did. Nothing shows up. I can ask some nursing student later.
This ^.
Find the source. At least of the tweet.
There should be whistleblowers like this in every walk of life.
Why is it there isn't a single cop telling us how they can track every single cell phone - data, calls, and location?
Why is it there isn't a single person in a highway department warning us they are installing cameras everywhere to track every car?
Why is it there isn't a single gov't worker telling us about USAID?
Why is it there isn't a single NGO employee telling us how they are importing our demise?
I could go on and on. It's all so tiresome.
How many companies reported all of their workers’ vaccination statuses to the feds shortly after coof?
Actually the cell phone data information was told to us. You can also with the right software hack their system. I am not saying I would but you can.
USAID and NGO, it's too profitable. No one will tell you where they stash their cash cow, would they?
Sounds like disinfo. Does not pass smell test.
Visual indictors scream fake and as somebody who has spent time in similar books I can say the language pattern and the words used scream fake. Unless somebody can provide some kind of sauce, I'm moving on.
Adam from above identified the textbook and page number correctly, I looked it up and it’s real.
Well sh!t. I do stand corrected. It all seemed pretty off to me, but yet, there it is. Wow. Thanks for pointing it out fren. I still say it seems like it would be fake. I'm actually a little taken aback that it's real.

I found it hard to believe as well which is why I checked it after Adam posted the information. Hard to believe that it’s in black and white.
Look at the rest of the comments on this post. u/Adam posted the direct link.
I humbly stand corrected. Looks like we underestimate just how dumb and evil they are.
All good, brother. We all learn from each other.
Someone named Adam found it for us. It's real. I was hoping it's fake too, Bubble.
Good find, fren.
Yes thanks.
Dont let your kids out of your sight! They gave my first born shots without permission in CA. My 2nd child everyone respected our wishes and were understanding in AZ.
Oh, so it's the states. I understand now. I don't have to worry.
My local hospital is really christian pro trump, so maybe the area too? Just be super watchful of everything they do.
Thank you so very much for this. It always involve damn (them).
You are very smart.
Great to hear.
My own damn family all lined up for any type of vaccines including Covid b4 it even came out. I left and went to a southern state. I have never been happier because all the neighbors and friends here are against the vaccines. People here are just damn smart.
It's all meant to kill us and own us. They are just a bunch of demons. I can just about wring their necks right now.
I would call that criminal behavior: assault. Be careful of the blanket permission signed upon arrival. I would have your lawyer prepare a consent form addendum that refuses any vaccination in hospital, and only to be given in your pediatrician’s office.
How about just stay away from them?
Sometimes, unfortunately, oneneeds to have surgery.
True.
Image search for Linda Silvestri reveals the shrew.
Is she a Doctor?
She has the "Dr." title from her PhD, so not a medical doctor.

Oh you mean like Dr. Biden. LOL
"Your owners want their cut of the govt bribes to administer these, health of your patient be damned"
You know as well as I do. Thanks.
They've corrupted them all.
Yes.
It still requires parental consent though. I hope.
You are correct. And this isn't for anti vaxxers. It is for people that may have trouble traveling or keeping appointments.
That's what I thought when I read this.
I think RFK is right though. We shouldn't be black and white on vaccines. They aren't all bad or all good

I always suspect AI first, especially if it serves someone else's agenda.
Here is another place to search. https://scholar.google.com/
Although that specific search can always be redirected.

They give them eye cream after birth??
Erythromycin.
You even know the name. You are a good panda.
Oh yes. I know that for a fact.
In the NW, you can find holistic birth centers and also home visit midwives.
They can for maximum damage, because the evidence points to that being a violent assault in an innocent baby.
I am not sure it's true yet. I do know some med student right now. I can ask.
Lawsuits waiting to happen.
I would love to see it.

Blame someone.
I would like to know how old this book is. Is this the latest edition? Has this been taught for the past 5, 10, 20 etc... years?
I confirmed it exists in the 6th edition, which was released in 2016.
I can check older editions as well, but I'm sure they all say the same
I wonder if some areas are more forceful than others about it.

pretty common experience.
You all so amazing. Thank you.
I could neither find nor confirm so I don't know.
Well that's one way to go...a father's wrath.
Nursing is dangerous these days...think twice before you do something stupid.
True.
WTF. They need to start arresting med professionals who pushed covid vax. Maybe it will affect things like the above
It won't happen. I hope God get them though.

It's a study book with multi choice answers That answer is the incorrect answer ..nothing burger
Out of context.
