A few days ago, I was sparring with a jackass on fb about the removal of illegal aliens. I stated that if they are here illegally, they have no Constitutional protection. It's not the world Constitution, it's The United States Constitution. He was adamant that illegals get due process. He then informed me that he is a criminal defense attorney, and I have proven myself a fool. I would not want this dude as an attorney.
Due process isn't a flat equal thing across the board. You get the process that you are due. A citizen goes in front of a judge etc, an illegal goes to ICE.
They aren't familiar with what due process actually means.
