Unless you were seeking a national injunction to stop enforcement of immigration laws.

well, its good that the "state" and "gov" employees are getting their day, what about all other employees that slave every day that got released, fired, laid off during the covid / jab/ lockdowns that lost homes, life savings ?

The article said the City fired police and fire fighters for being unvaxxed, but the mayor exempted actors and athletes from the jab.

No. In my case, I asked for 3 yrs backpay and the school will have to pay it. It was a part-time job so I am asking for $80k.
yeah but all those people are getting backpay for 5 years that's a HUGE amount. Can the city afford it without raising taxes bigly?

I am looking forward to getting my vindication, backpay, pain and suffering etc. For being fired from a state job.
Same here fren, I filed a complaint with the Civil Liberties Dept in my state in Jan 2021 and the case is still active. I finally have a court date on Aug 10, It was a state teaching job. My religious exemption was refused (that's why I filed with Civil Liberties). Cases like this will only help because they become case law,
