A congressperson from Utah, who would like to remain anonymous sent me some concerning documents, regarding weather modification.
The language here is diabolical…
When researching this language, I also found the same for New Mexico, where there is a severe flash flooding happening right now.
These bills declare that water derived from cloud seeding shall be considered part of the natural water supply "as if no cloud seeding project had been conducted," it effectively erases the artificial intervention, shielding it from new appropriations and legal scrutiny.
This semantic sleight of hand allows the state to manipulate the weather, all while avoiding liability for any unintended consequences.
Link to NM Legislation by Number - I couldn't find the exact bill with the excerpt that HustleBitch posted, maybe someone else can figure it out. I put the Year as 2025, the Chamber as House, the type as Bill & number #13 and what came up was something about electricity. -
Maybe it's from a previous year? I know the state has been talking about it for years. One of the national forests talked about doing it 5 or so years back, tons of people came out against the plans at public hearings. It quietly got swept under the rug and it was reported when it happened to little fanfare that it did not result it success, except a crazy nighttime tornado outbreak hit Missouri, southern Illinois, and western Kentucky that the Weather Channel at the time called "unseasonable"
I seem to recall some months ago, a few people being very angry that people were posting about 'irrelevant conspiracy theories' (chemtrails).
Even though there are laws on the books, and news stories publicly available - going back to the 40s, and even early 1900s.
So 'chemtrails' is a conspiracy theory...but 'planes spraying chemicals into clouds' is not?
Kinda strange.
People are being hurt and killed by it, and seems like it is linked to other evil activities and the climate religion/grift by the same people involved in everything else discussed here all the time.
At best this semantic distinction has made the debate around the topic confusing: I was wondering how it was possible people here were so virulently denying cloud seeding was real to the point we can’t talk about it…
Meanwhile, Mother Nature is the inventor of flash floods. What do you think arroyos are? And nature is immune to any indictment, arrest, arraignment, trial, penalty, or incarceration.
I don't see how "engineering" the weather is any different, in principle, than engineering the watershed with dams and catchments. We have had flooding resulting from the need to release water from a flood control dam that was at maximum capacity.
I know the mid-Atlantic has been dealing with a lot of rain and some thunderstorms in the evening, many more than we used to have years ago (if my memory serves me correctly).
Found this also….

This shit is criminal…
Utah https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title73/Chapter15/C73-15_1800010118000101.pdf
New Mexico https://nmlegis.gov/Sessions/24%20Regular/bills/house/HB0130.HTML
Also California and Colorado have similar language I’ve found… likely many other states.

And the problem is - cloud seeding in these blue sketchy states affects the ENTIRE country!!!! Damn them. We should all be able to sue them.

🚨 THEY WROTE THIS INTO NEW MEXICO’S CLOUD SEEDING LAW:
“All water from cloud seeding shall be considered natural as if no seeding happened.”
Read that again.
They’re engineering the weather… Then legally declaring the results “natural.”
So when the floods come? No liability. No accountability. No blame. Just destruction and legal immunity.
They legalized rain… and gave themselves a get-out-of-jail-free card.

WAIT a minute - I found it but not in Bill 13, but here...

But it looks like it didn't go anywhere. It says "Current Location" "Died" & Action Postponed Indefinitely
So, now I'm wondering if this is actually in a NM Bill???

New Mexico has deep state problems.
So does that mean insurance companies can't get out of making their claim payments?

And here’s my law when my bullet leaves my gun it’s nature to hit my target
I feel your anger, Fren.
Wouldn't that law force insurance companies to cover flood losses caused by cloud seeding?
Yes. Just like Prima Noctae was legal at one point also.
CYA

There is no get out of jail free card. They cant just do something and say we have to consider it natural and you call it a get out of jail free card.
Playing God eh? Let's see how this turns out for them. LOL
Watch the water…hmmmmm
How is this different than enemy planes bombing us? Trump needs to have these planes shot down!
