It's illegal and a federal crime, but it's not treason. Plenty of reason to arrest her, etc., for an applicable crime. You can't get to the point where the most trivial offense is greeted with "Treason!"

So when does she start giving tax-payer money to the families of American citizens who have been incarcerated for committing crimes? When a thief or murderer goes to prison, their family loses income. Based on her “reasoning,” the tax-payer should make up for that. Don’t they need to be protected form state and city officials who might want to detain them simply because they murdered someone?
