This story is a non-starter since Biden says he granted these pardons. The autopen doesn't make any difference so long as Biden says he granted the pardons. Pardons can even be granted orally. There is no way to prove otherwise.
Didn't they say Biden has cancer and his days are numbered? Stall it until he keels over, then start pushing hard for convictions. If he's not around to say he approved the pardons then perhaps there's a better chance of getting them voided.
